CityMD Rocky Point Urgent Care - Long Island

Through this pandemic and be3yond I have to say I can not THANK these people that work for City MD - God Bless them! Thansk City MD for taking care of all of us!
Today my visit was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Staff was very professional at city MD in rocky point. My waiting time was short. In my opinion having a PA access your medical situation sometimes is better. I feel that doctors are to overwhelmed to listen to the small things that matter to the patient even if what the patient saying has no medical benefits to the situation
At hand.they say worry & stress bring on bad health so to have the patient able to get some of the small things off their chest & have someone to listen is always a good thing mentally for me. This world needs more doctors & with the malpractice insurance skyrocketing im not sure were going to be in a good place with that. I appreciate the good
caring people behind all these urgent care facilities.

The staff was very friendly to include the Doctor who was knowledgeable and engaging. We were seeing in an acceptable time and the facility was clean

I was the beginning of a long holiday weekend and I needed to see my doctor to get antibiotics for my infection. Could not get an appt.and I decided to go to CityMD and they took care of the problem right away. My other option was to go to the emergency room and wait for hours at a much greater cost. The CityMD care was excellent and started me on antibiotics right away.

Timothy Holsberg is rude and obnoxious. Customer service is absolutely something you cant teach a person. He shouldn’t be in a position of management. I will be contacting corporate office to escalate the disrespect. People like this dont deserve a job. He disrespected me in front of his colleagues and they had to tell him to stop. He couldn’t control himself. I will never come to this location again. Also they wouldn’t give me my medical records either. In addition i had a fit test this past may & they didn’t even put the date on it when there is a clear section for the date his response was the system has it. Its a hand written form how the system has it im not sure.

Extremely happy with this facility. Staff was friendly and fast. PA and treating Dr were the sweetest and informative. I remarked to the PA that I wish the treating Dr was my primary. Highly recommend

I visited CityMD in Rocky Point with some pulse rate problems
I was seen by Caitlin who showed extreme patience and care. After having an EKG performed, she spent time with me to explain that all was normal.
She then also gave me a copy of the EKG to share with my cardiologist
She was fabulous -the care was great.

Quick, clean, professional.wow! I will never go to an ER again. 8 stitches was never so smooth and easy.

The worst. Go somewhere else. Went in with a fever they didn’t even give me Tylenol. Made me wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes after I was seen for a drs note. I could barely stand I had to leave. I called after I left and they wouldn’t send it to my email and there was nothing uploaded in the portal. Had to send someone to pick up the letter only for it to have the wrong dates per what the dr told me earlier. When I called to ask they dr said I was wrong. Such a project to deal with when you aren’t feeling well. Never again

Great caring a a critical time. Doctor was wonderful as well as the staff. Put me on the right road to recovery

I was in and out in under 20 minutes! Pre-registration online was simple, the staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Tottenham was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I am so glad this facility is less than a mile away from my house! Thank you so much to everyone there!

The office was prompt, efficient, friendly, and clean. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this office and go there again also.
I visited again in 2023 while on vacation. I cannot say enough about this office. Everyone was so pleasant. I give the 5 stars plus!

Horrible expierence with staff member.unbelievably rude and snarky, cutting me off and telling me to stop talking. All for just explaining how i feel about my condition. Came home hysterical. Refusing any further treatment/association with this clinic.

The entire staff friendly and helpful. Dr Tottenham very caring knowledgeable and explained everything so my mind was at ease. Brenda the X-ray technician was so caring.

Was on vacation visiting my family and developed a problem with my husbands eye. I have been to this facility before and was taken care of so went back. Was seen by doctor right away and was diagnosed and treated.

I recently suffered an acute infection in my leg and visited the local CityMD. I have to say I was completely satisfied with help and kindness which I received at their clinic (Rocky Point, NY).
The receptionist's were wonderful, very happy to help and the service got even better with, first, the medical assistant, and then the Doctor.
I was treated by Dr. Ingrid Llovera. Very kind, concerned and thorough. I was truly impressed.
I highly recommend their clinic's for your general health needs and I hope your experience will be as good as mine.

Dr. James Bopp, Brianna, and the medical assistant were excellent. They handled my health information and concerns at my appointment. Even the receptionists were excellent. If you're having trouble with the Kiosk for sign in, you can ask the receptionist to do it on her/his computer.
