We are so happy and satisfied with the care we recieved from Dr. Sussi and the entire team on every visit. Mohagany and Julia are so friendly. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Really appreciate it!

I will never come back.
I was calling my son’s school while waiting for the test result. The doctor came in and got crazy when I ask him to wait a second. He shut the door so hard and left us in the exam room forever.

Dr.susi insisted i had allergies after i complained about coughing for just over 2 weeks.he prescribed flonase and an antihistamine (probably spelled that wrong). Anyway, i coughed so much that night i took off work and went to my doctor (i work from 7am to 6pm and my doctor is unavailable unless i take off, thats why i went to citymd). Dr. Susi. (doctor.lmao). Never ordered a chest xray, he did listen to my lungs and said they were clear.clear lmao.my doc gave me a chest xray and i have pneumonia.i argued with this susi guy the whole time saying i dont have allergies its definately something else, and he totally disregarded and misdiagnosed me.had i listened to him idwould have ended up in the hospital.

Very friendly staff considerate and professional. I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Nurse and Dr were excellent gave me the tests I needed and answered all my questions. Great experience will be back.

Dr. Susi and his staff are absolutely amazing! The physical for a pre-employment screening was very thorough, and Dr. Susi and his staff made it all the more comfortable with their patience and kindness. I highly recommend this facility to all!

They dont even listen to your symptoms or concerns they just want to push covid tests. Dismissed my concerns about strep throat and just gave me a covid test. Corruption at its finest.

I was there before they opened. I went there for a sinus infection. First thing they did was give me a Covid test. Then they left and said they would be back in 10 minutes with my results after waiting 25 minutes I left. All in all I was there for over 40 minutes and never saw a doctor. When I arrived I was the first and only patient there.

Just left this location for no fault and the doctor was to touchy Feely. Not only that but was trying to explain how periods work to someone who had had them all her life. Visit was pointless. Told me I needed a ultra sound and failed to give me a script. Don't waste your time they don't take you seriously or listen to how you're feeling.

Waited one hour with 2 people ahead of me. Why call this urgent care when it’s as slow as a primary care. Don’t know if the doctors don’t have urgency, but honestly don’t waste you’re time here.

I went for a Covid test for traveling and the test results doesn’t have the time included and it was requested by the country (they were not letting us board the plane). We called aftercare and Martha was absolutely AMAZING! She didn’t let me go until she was sure I was able to log in the portal which was the only place showing the time I took the test. Her customer service was outstanding, world class. Thank you, Martha! We made it, thanks to you!

Do NOT do PCR test here if you are expecting a quick result. I did my test here and it took me more than one week to get the result. Try to avoid this place if you can.

Horrible company, staff was fine no issues but taking a PCR test on 12.16 and getting the results 12.27 is not acceptable! Insurance company shouldn't pay them.

Myself and my son each saw different doctors last week.
They were both very knowledgeable and thorough.
I highly recommend City MD Syosset.

Went in with my wife. Told half hour wait and it ended up being 2.5 hours. Told to wait outside and we r next. Obviously we were not. Had bad chest cough and all they did was use stethoscope over her shirt. Did not check ears, nose or throat. Then went to pharmacy only to be told it had been called in as a delivery. Also told lab results would be ready in 20 minutes. We had to call back an hour later to find out.

This place is terrible. I got there super early and second in line. But due to their mistake, we had to wait an hour. Stay away if you can.
