CitySights NY

I was sold a City Sightseeing New York ticket at Battery Park in New York on July 7,2022. I wanted to take a boat trip to the Statue of Liberty.

Screen I was sold a bus tour and a boat tour. But there was never talk of a bus tour. I complained relatively quickly to the local seller. That was also done. I did not take a boat tour or a bus tour and to date I have not received a refund. Communication with City Sightseeing New York was extremely difficult and very incompetent. I have done a City Sightseeing bus tour in every major city so far and will never do it again.thanks for nothing

In 2019 we bought 4 freestyle passes from Citysights. Our trip has been canceled due to Covid. We have been working for 2 years now to extend these passes or get a refund. The amount was first refunded via Paypal but reclaimed the same week. They no longer respond to anything and they are unreachable. As if they have disappeared from the face of the earth

My wife purchased on Groupon for use the next day. We waited nearly 40 minutes and then on hold for 20 minutes with CitySights to determine what was going on. Turns out, the buses aren’t running today. They refused to even discuss a refund and the lack of buses today was nowhere in evidence when we purchased the tickets.

Extremely disappointed and would advise others to steer clear.

As an update, Groupon agreed to refund the charge, but leaving the review as CitySights did not.

We had to cancel our Helicopter flight due to the covid in march 2020, they confirmed the cancellation and the refund but they never refund the money back. More than a year speaking with them and writing e-mails for nothing, they keep the money even when the HELI company confirmed us they didn't charge them for the non-used service.

So disappointed. We were there 5 days and previously purchased a 3 day pass for me and my daughter.one bus never showed after waiting over an hour by Central Park.secondly with another bus later that afternoon passed us up at the designated bus stop after waiting 45 minutes, with the bus not even been full. We tried watching the location of the bus on the apps but apparently when the buses aren’t running the app shows the bus is idle. Called and complained and opened up a case that same day and the next - no one returned my call - Calling MasterCard for a refund

They are out of business and still sell on Groupon. Don't buy it. I also don't know why Groupon is still selling their tickets.

Worst tourism company in new York i had a terrible experience with their staff and the whole company in general. I do not recommend them at all!

We got our sightseeing pass here. They recently moved office. You have to line up and they scan your code. Its in a busy area and the staff seem a little over worked but be nice to them, they work hard and dont get the credit they deserve. We had a great time with the CitySights pass - I hope you do too!

Save your money dont tell you cant go up the empire state building £180 wasted much better companys to purchase tickets off.
