It's an OK place to park, but it sucks that you have to prepay $7, even on a weekend. Overall, I would park here versus the street. Yes, the tunnel area to the Blue Cross Arena could smell better, but it's a small price to pay when you want your vehicle off the street.

Inside the garage remains warm in the winter, and while it's not very cheap, it's an okay place to park overall.

After living in Rochester my entire life I can't believe this structure is still standing or has hasn't been renovated it's filthy you can see the pee on the ground from the homeless people sleeping in there at night it's smells like carbon monoxide amazing it's still allowed to operate disgusting that our visitors as well as our local citizens have to endure this place

Conveniently located across the street from the Civic Center and is attached to the courthouse. That’s about all the garage has going for it, however. The place stinks of urine. Poor lighting (even in broad daylight) makes it feel very unwelcoming and the layout makes it easy to get lost in.the spaces are also quite narrow, making it a challenge to park a large vehicle. On a nice day, I’d rather drive around the block a few times for a place on the street. There is also an outdoor parking lot under the overpass within walking distance of the arena/courthouse & the prices are much better.
