Winery CJS Vineyards reviews
6Chris is absolutely amazing. This winery is so cute, the wines are amazing and we had a wonderful experience. We will be back!
Our family had an awesome time sampling some great wines and learning about them with Chris, the owner. We left with 8 bottles. Great pricing too. Make sure to add this stop if you’re in the area!
I end up stopping by this winery just to take a break while driving back from Canada to the US. It was mentioned online that the winery close at five but in reality it was closing at four, so we barely made it in time. The owner was very nice. He still end up staying open a little longer. Explain all wines and even offered us an extra few tastings. I would definitely recommend this is place:
Very friendly owner and really wonderful tasting wine. Highly recommend a stop here.
A great little winery off the beaten path, but well worth a visit. Co-owner Chris and his wife produce 10 wines mostly with grapes from their two vineyards. A good mix of red and white, sweet and dry - something for everyone. Chris is very passionate and knowable about wine. He and his wife are very friendly and great hosts in the tasting room.
Went to this year's annual Barrel Tasting event. A great way to taste the affect of barrel aging on wine, and compare the taste of different harvest of the same grape.
First vineyard we stopped at while on a trip to Niagara. It is a small vineyard with wonderful location and nice wine variety. Chris is an excellent host and it was a pleasure meeting him and tasting his wines. It is a more intimate setting than the other commercial vineyards in the Finger Lakes region. It is worth visiting if you are passing through.
