CKGS Visa Application Centre New York

Working stuff is unorganized not working properly.my file is hear more then 3months.but still i am not get any response for any side.the stuff need to fire and hire well organized working good.

My renewal of my passport started fast at beginning. But now status shows at Embassy for decision making. Its been 3 months now.
Can you please update. Coz its emergency to go india.

Total waste.do not deserve your service.they will never respond to your quires on time.more over always ask to re-do all steps again.such as waste of time and energy.there IT system is so buggy.half of the time it says invlaid address.and do not care to fix it.

This is one of the worst service, there is no customer service number and the number provided onine never works

Worst service I have seen in many years in United States. I am not sure how they won the contract to process papers for US Consulate. Customer service numbers go straight to India where operators cant answer most questions.

I'm very disappointed with the service and support provided by CKGS NYC. My nightmare started with the OCI application wherein first they lost my kids passport and then didnt help a bit to find. After that when I had to fill the application for replacement OCI for new passport twice. First time the customer care agent told me the wrong category for lost passport. So, i had to pay twice for that and to get the refund i had to call CKGS 100 times and at last they only refund half money.

I really don't know why so many bad reviews.
The CKGS of New York is very efficient. I had a pleasant experience while applying for 10 years MULTIPLE entry VISA. I went there on June-22-2018 (Fri) and I got my passport with visa back in my hand by FedEx on June-27-2018 (Wed) at 11: 10am took 4 bussiness days.i am very HAPPY with there service and the workers at the center are really friendly and helpful. Nice but there is no way you can reach them by phone. Have to submit a ticket online and wait for 24 hours.

Very efficient service. Did visa for my twin girls and OCI Re-issue for my son. Was super fast, took less than a week for both. Communication was excellent every step of the way. Never needed to follow up. Works seamlessly as long as one follows instructions to the T and gets the correct documentation together.

I went to CKGS-New York last Friday for submitting the Renunciation application for me and my family.

I went to the front entrance at 8: 55 and pressed on the buzzer to get in.

I had an appointment at 9am, and I was called in to the counter exactly at 9am. Literally no waiting at all.

I met with the CKGS officer Mr. Kunwardeep Singh and provided all the documents. He was very helpful and was very knowlegable about the process to give me clear and concise answers.

Having all the documents per the checklist is a Key for a successful visit.

Within 10 mins of my arrival, I was done and was out of the building a happy man.

As soon as I receive the renunciation certificate, I am planning to submit the OCI application.
