Karen called security on my 2 daughters and their friend. Girls went there and was looking for “hello kitty” Merch and left the store. 15mins later a security guard from the mall stops them and checks their bag (1 bag) told them the cashier said they stole a sonic bookbag plush. The security guard didn’t find anything but a volley ball. Once they got me I went back to store and ask her to check video and if she witnessed them stealing since she claimed it was them to the guard and she said they fit the “description” but didn’t witness them taking it! Just saw them try it on. Next she said the manager has been asked to put cameras and doesn’t allow it. So no proof and you didn’t see it. Clearly she thought the girls were alone and didn’t expect me there. My girls are spoiled and had over $200 to shop while I shopped at ulta. What really pissed me off is a white family walked in and she was friendly and nice but treated my kids rudely. Never going there again! And ya over priced!
