7NOELLE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I’ve never encountered a more LAZY, Lackluster, human being. She DOES NOT need to be in customer service.
Never in my life have I had such an awful interaction with an employee. I simply asked to make a return and the worker (id say probably a 50 year old woman) was extremely rude to me because she thought “it was absolutely ridiculous i’d make her do such a thing”, she swore at me multiple times, and ripped the recipe out of my hands. I am a teenage girl and felt bullied by this woman.
Went in to pick up an order and when i came to the line only one person was in front of me and after their transaction was finished, i waited for the lady to call me up but she stood there waiting for me to come to her When i said I was there to pick up an order she asked me in an annoyed tone if I had gotten email confirming that my order was ready.when I said yes twice she still stood there looking at me for a few seconds.where are ur customer service skills girl
Ear piercing girl was rude and needed an ear piercing lesson. Came out crooked. Need at least 1 additional employee on the floor
A nice shop. Found a lot of cute items. One of the only places to buy “Pusheen” items, which is why I went in. I think their prices are way too high though. Also, the employees were confused on the prices of the items that were on sale, which was uncomfortable.
Store refused a return after 30 mins purchasing, calling final sale, but no any signs posted, after negotiation, they provided store credit only. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE
I wish I could give a 0. The lady that gave me a second piercing did not sanitize my ear lobes, did not wear gloves, mark my ears and pierced my ears unevenly. I had to take one of them out to let it heal. She did everything so quickly I didn’t even get the chance to protest. Not only that, she did not ask me if I was over 18 until after unevenly piercing my ears and then told me I had to fill out a form, but when I came over I saw her signing an iPad so I’m fairly certain she signed the form for me because I sure didn’t.
