Beautiful experience. Lots of help for those of us with disabilities. Lot of smiling grateful and happy people. Very forthcoming in business.
5 stars in my opinion.

Very nice rooms, the beds and pillows are nice and comfy. Prices for the rooms are pretty reasonable for what the hotel offers. There is a restaurant where you can eat a nice proper meal, or if you want to go the bar and play some pool, have drinks and a good munch. There's a nice pool + slide too which is always nice. Enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay again

My TV didn't work for a day and elevator was very small step were steep hard to get down and the worst is that it's taking forever to get my deposit back. All they keep telling me is there is nothing they can do. DONT STAY HERE!

Came all the way here a 15 hour drive from Alabama with a reservation at 11 at night and they tried to give me a nasty room with a twin bed like it was for a baby and not me and my husband. The lady said we booked this 100 a night room for 3 days with a twin bed lol. When we asked for another room the lady told us the rates would go up from the reservation. So we went to another hotel and it probably was best anyway with all those people standing in the lobby like they were pimping and selling drugs

Nice hotel, friendly staff but small rooms. Bathrooms was ok.
Great location, 10 minutes walk from Empire state building and 2 minutes from Subway

Dreadful. The room was almost too small to fit the double bed, the mattress was floppy and too soft. There were only two of us and we did not have enough room to move around. We have stayed here before, with a larger room and an activity windows.this room was very confining and claustrophobic. We asked for the room we had before, but they ‘upgraded’ and that room would be $300 a night! Not worth it.avoid.

Room was small, but all I needed was a bed and shower, and that was what I got. Staff friendly. Nice and clean and comfortable. I recommend the hotel if you are not staying on weekend because you can hear the music form the bar next door, NOT nice at all.

I cancelled my reservation at this hotel but they insisted that I had 2 reservations and charged me for one night as a no show. I emailed them the cancellation email as well as a print of my Choice Privileges account showing the single reservation with cancellation but they refuse to reverse the charges. When calling the hotel the first time, they wouldn't let me speak to a manager but insisted I had in fact checked in. When I informed them that I'd never even stepped foot in the hotel, they back pedaled and told me that a manager would call me. No one ever did. I called back a couple of days later and was told that no manager would be there for the next four days (!) but someone would call. Again, no one did. After contacting Choice Hotels guest relations, they too told me that despite my acting in good faith and believing I'd cancelled my reservation, they would not reverse the charge so I've therefore cancelled my Choice Privileges membership and will never stay at another Clarion, Rodeway, Ascend, etc. Between other hotel companies with better customer service and Airbnb, there's no great loss.

We (my wife and I) arrived at this hotel at 11: 30 PM on Friday, December 13th. The reservation did NOT mention that my room was a TWIN bed. It says SINGLE, as in ONE. That is not what I paid for, and the young lady who was working at the time advised me that I could cancel the reservation and receive and refund - and to call the next day to speak with a 'Kinsuk' to confirm. I was also advised there we no other rooms available at the hotel beyond the TWIN I was issued. I ended up booking a room at another hotel approximately 30 minutes after arriving at the Clarion. Well, I have tried reaching Kinsuk 4 times in the past 4 days with no success, nor has my reservation been refunded. I am extremely upset at the misleading reservation I was given and more upset that I have not received my money back. Please give me my money back as this has been a horrible customer service experience all the way around.
