I'd give 0 starts if I could. You pay for "up to" 6 mbps, Speed Test rarely shows that at all. It goes out all the time, in fact it's out now for at least 5 days, and like other users have posted, they don't answer phones or emails but are happy to take my money every month regardless of outages or not.

Previous outage they actually contacted me back and set up a service call to check my equipment, but of course they never showed up.

Starlink, here I come.

Service was so slow it was unbelievable. However only option I had due to my location. Then needed some service. Called daily for 1 week and had to leave a message because nobody answers the phones. They will gladly take the monthly fee but have never upgraded equipment or anything else

I was happy in the beginning but the service has become slow and at times does not work at all. Blips off and on or stays off for longer periods of time. I can't stream video reliably so I got a cellular hot spot.

I decided to cancel and requested a refund on the month we pay ahead. I was told I could not cancel the service until I returned the antenna from my 2 story roof. I do not have a ladder that tall and I am physically unable to get on the roof safely. Customer service does not take calls or see people in person. Email is the only way to reach them and they are ignoring my follow-up emails about age-ability discrimination in shutting off my service. You want ME to go on the roof to get YOUR equipment? Are you CRAZY?

Omg. Unbelievable! I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE CLARITY CONNECT!

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Internet service is unreliable and when it is working it is slow. Don't bother trying to reach out for support, it's only available M-F 9am-5pm and they don't answer the phone during those hours or return messages. Apparently they don't know how to respond to emails either. I am seeking different service. If you are thinking about using this company, don't, you will only be disappointed.

Clarity connect not only has done nothing to upgrade its service but they also have abysmal customer service. Get Starlink or literally any other option to avoid dealing with this unstable and unapologetic service.

Update: Still getting worse. Have now been more than two days without service aside from one part of the day where I got two min on, two min off, super slow connection. This place is hot garbage, can’t wait for the New Visions stuff to get here, has to be better than this!

Constantly going down and of course never anyway to contact them. Also, have more issues during summer months when leaves are on the trees.

They're our only internet option, otherwise we would have switched long ago. The internet is very slow and has frequent outages, including nearly the whole entire day today. This is not the first time this has happened. The payment system is also very convoluted.
