Its disgusting. I have to spray the shower am going to shower in because the walls are filthy. The mattresses from prison are better than these. And try bringing up certain situations to the staff you're liable to get liable to never leave this place I heard its reply hard, but g@d dame

I have no problem to comply with the rules. My problem is with the staff, the ppl with white shirts. They are so nasty and disrespectful to the client at the shelter. You may ask for a grievance forms to complaint about their attitude, their response is, oh we don't have any at the time. I currently stay there now and have witnessed first hand their attitude towards ne ans other clients. I can see why ppl don't want to stay in the shelter.

Some of the staff are very down to earth that night staff mainly day staff can be very rude and not just one of them all of them when no drug addicts are in the place it's fine but when the duce is loose (K2) its a nightmare

Drug infested, fights breakout all the time, guns being found under trash bins.if you haven't been there, plz do not guess what it's like. You've no idea. Schwartz assessment is even worse. I wont even start on the food

This place gets no stars. Dont miss curfew the staff will take your belongings and tell you they donated
