Clarkstown Medical Associates, New City NY

It’s really sad to say that I have had this doctor for over a year and yet with all the times that my appointments are canceled I have yet to actually meet him. The front end is absolutely unprofessional and the woman I talked to was so rude, even after waiting three whole days to get a phone call back. It’s really sad when the front end of a business is lacking it really does affect everything else maybe if they would rehire or get a better management in place this place could actually get back on its feet. A good cleaning wouldn’t hurt this office as well!

I recommend you look for another doctor's office. This place is the worst. Totally unprofessional. I love my doctor but I wish he was at a different location.
I think its time for me to let go and find a new place.

I've never had a harder time getting a test. Nurse and office personnel were obnoxious. Hopefully the doctors listen to recorded conversations.

I’ve been wanting to do a review of Dr. Fitzpatrick for some time. My husband and I are both patients of his for many years. He is the kindest doctor hands down that we have ever been to. He listens intently and has a very concerned and caring demeanor about him and he can usually diagnose your ailment within a few minutes of the exam. As busy as he is, he always enters the room with a big smile and immediately puts you at ease. I would and have already highly recommend him.

The worst receptionist in the world. I have heard that from so many people and always saw it myself. One time I was 9 mins late and they wouldn’t let me see the doctor. Just 9 mins and they make you wait 30 mins to an hour sometimes. They are always rude for some reason. And today I called asking about test results that were supposed to be in a couple months ago they literally never called. And when I asked when he would call of course she was as rude as can I be and said it’s saturday there is no doctor in. That’s why I was asking you. It was just a question you don’t have to be so rude when you people haven’t called with the results for 2 month now to late

AVOID! SCAM ALERT! I CAME FOR A PREVENTATIVE CARE VISIT AND AFTER MY INSURANCE I GOT A $400 BILL. THEY RAN A LITMEY OF UNNECESSARY TESTS AND CHARED ME AN ARM AND A LEG FOR THEM. MONEY GRAB

Very good Dr. 's & staff. Me & my family has been going there since 2004. The pharmacy is good also.

Won’t be going back. Place is very outdated, dirty (reminds me of a cheap motel). Staff is friendly but doctor wasn’t. He rushed the visit (this was my first time being there, shouldn’t he have taken Some time to get to know me?) was very blunt, not informative and he sent a medication that wasn’t covered by my insurance, called today and it can take up to 72 hrs for the mistake in medications to be corrected.never again will I go there.

Kept cancelling my appointment. One time is understandable but every appointment I had was cancelled. Find a more reliable doctor.

My entire family- in-laws, myself, my adult son- has used Dr. Howard Feldfogel D. O.there since 1996,4 yrs after he joined. He's exceptional, thorough, observant, honest & careful, with the best office staff you'll ever find! 10 thumbs up

Very unprofessional and unethical practice. I went for genetic testing. They gave me a brochure detailing specific results I would get. Had to go back because they neglected to have me sign papers. Then had to go back 2 weeks later because the test they gave me was expired. Had to take a new test and paid out of pocket when they told me I should be insured and then never called me when the results came back I had to call them. Test was sent to a different company that did not give me the information they promised then they couldn’t help me when I spoke to several people such as Carmen the office manger who told me they had old brochures out. Dr. Mad Ellis was also no help. Very unprofessional and unethical.

They've kept me alive and well for over 25 years despite my worst efforts. The staff is competent and attentive and the healthcare professionals never let me off the hook. I certainly recommend them.

Excellent doctors, excellent staff. I've been going there for 30+ years and have no complaints whatsoever. Love Dr. Fitz and Dr. O'Dowd - but all are great!

Clarkstown Medical is the most efficient medical facility I ve ever dealt with. Dr. Feldfogel is an amazingly thorough doctor with an uncanny ability for seeing the forrest through the trees. I always feel reassured when I leave there because of his ability to communicate to me the context of a presenting illness. And the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need a last minute referral or a prescription, no problem. And never a gripe. Imagine that!
