Clayton Arms Apartments, Rochester NY

I had a short-term lease and spent six months living in this apartment complex; from my own perspective, it's a fantastic area to live.

Positives: Across the street to Walmart Supercenter, and Target, CVS, Best Buy, etc.are all within walking distance.
Close to a bus stop
Large rooms with ample carpeted spaces
Spacious storage with a private terrace
Apartment building has elevator
Rent includes water and internet.
50% discount for 1-month rent, if having a referral.

Negative aspects:
The unit doesn't have a dishwasher.
Smaller bathrooms (only for 2B units)
One has to pay for washer and dryer.
