Clean Rite Center, Bronx NY

The staff here was very helpful and the place is super clean, the staff guy named Eric was a great help and showed great Customer service and the bathroom is clean as well.

Horrible place, employee are rude and unhelpful, they act like customer are not important. Couldn't even use their bathroom! DO NOT COME HERE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY!

Many of the negative reviews about Clean Rite Center on Jerome are wrong. It's a great place to go do your washing.clean, peaceful. I want to give props to Eric who was cleaning up around there and assisting me in all my needs as far as getting started with my laundry. Thanks Eric.his hospitality is number one. His customer service is number one. I'm planning to go to this place each and every time. Never thought I like laundry so much cuz usually places are dirty, nasty and rude. You get to use a card and they have raffles too. Such a convenient place. The dryers are excellent! The washers are excellent! So I'm going to keep going. Again thanks Eric.

Yes rude ghetto employees. Bring your own detergent because the ones they sell are over priced. Be alert. Bums come in all the time asking for money and might get aggressive, as expected since this clean rite is in the ghetto/slums.

Finally broke down and used a cleaners while in ny because I didnt want to sit in a laundromat for hours but it does take a day and they were very organized with the weighing of your laundry. I didnt know they weighed here so I took the time to make a list before going (waste of time because they dont use them) but overall it was a good experience. Getting in and out of their parking lot was the worst part.

I arrive at this laundry mat Friday afternoon and have a worker by the name Angela was very nice and helpfull with showing me how to get a card. And how to use the machines and dryers. Good job on staff with good customer service, you don’t expect that from a laundrymat.

The over nights man, sprayed cleaning chemicals around me when I was putting my clothes in the washing machine, everytime I wash my clothes he is around me, I usually get there around 2: 00 am. This is the second time, he has done it.

It wash good.but the worker I'm talking about a chubby one she has an attitude that when u ask her for a price it seems the rat bite thier toung they do t say nothing just shakes her head and when she talks u beverely can hear her.than is so hot in there I hope the owner can see this put an AC ASAP.really bad service and the workers are annoying

Clean.not too busy all the time. Only downside is you have to pay for a card to use the machines which costs $2, but is redeemable.

The employees there most of the time always with the rude attitude and the machines are stealing money

What Hurts this site is the hygiene and upkeep maintenance of the restroom. I've been coming for years and there is always an issue with the restroom. No toilet paper; soap dispenser is broken; floor is severely wet; waste in the floor; and most recent as if this post the sink is broken and it on the floor with broken pipes. The floor obviously gets wet because people have turned on the faucet to wash hands but don't mind water pouring on the floor. Better yet, I am given the keys to bathroom. I guess this kind of detail is never important to the site manager. A lawsuit waiting to happen. SHAME ON YOU, CLEAN RITE!

If you are pressing for time, then you should was your clothes at Clean Rite Centers. The staff is great, prices, and machines are of reasonable pricing.

The laundry has a attended and she is all willing to help you with anything.what I dislike is that the card to used the machines cost two dollars.
