Clean Rite Center, Queens NY

Great place to wash clothes but now there is a rat problem. I was told by the attendant that they were calling the exterminator but did not put any traps down until the exterminator comes. Another attendant told me that they have an exterminator that comes once a month but now will have to come every week. The place is usually clean but it is not clean. The floor was not moped and the garbage was taken out after I reported that the there was a rat or mouse running around. I was told that there are not enough workers to work and they should hire more that will make sure the place is clean. No one wants to come to a laundry mat that is dirty.

I don't like going 1 stars but this company is the worst. I was going there for the first time. Big machine price $9.45. No problem. Went to get a card. I put my $20.00 because it cost $10 for the card. Machine did not accept my bill. Sign says I must use exactly $10 bill to get card. I ask customer service worker for change. She nastily says we don't have none. What to do? Took my business elsewhere. Expensive. Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Can't be all three. You have to give me at least good service. Your loss.

Most of the washing machine is old!
Don't wash properly.
Either too much water, or slow, or no hot water!
Some of the Drayer door stay open. Etc. Overall they needed to replace some of their old machine.

The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. But to wash here is very expensive! They keep increasing the price of the machines every few months. The largest machine is now around $10! I hope these prices are trickling down to your staff.

Received a error message. Now I have to consider it a lost. The attendant was unable to assist me. I was told she does not have access to the cards and the balance on my card she would not be able to help me with.she did try to clean the card and that was unsuccessful. I still don't have my money back and now I'm going to a different laundromat because I refuse to purchase another card after I just lost the money I put on today. Leaving clean rite center with wet clothes. Not a good day. Can I have my $30 back. Thank you

Management needs attention in this store! It was horrible experience I ever had in a laundromat. It rained for a few hours and whole Laundromat was flooded….

Costumer service was good, but the machines are a bit expensive, and money machine took my money, and it was hell, I spent 5 hours in there, disappointed

Tuesday to Thursday you can do your wash for$2.15! And I like what they did with the card system and the Wi-Fi is great! I wish they have outlets for smartphones

Great wash and dry laundromat unusually dusty today, but was told one of the care takers was out last night

Jackie is so nice I love going there and seeing her everytime. You should really use their drop off service my clothes came back so soft and warm!

There was detergent in a couple of the dispensers. One of the larger machines was working slower than usual but no out of order sign was in place. The attendant knew there was aware of the issue.

Clean, affordable and parking available. No cash operation, all purchases done thru clean rite customer cash card, including washer and dryer service.

Considering COVID restrictions, clean rite has really done a lot to keep people safe. Although they don't kick people out when they've reach capacity. Parking is annoying you can park in front by the bus stop (but thats illegal) and parking in the back is complicated. Its hard to get in and out. If you're a new driver or have a new driver, might want to use this as practice or avoid entirely.

Its a laundromat so it smells clean but there's really only so much that can go wrong.

Every time I do my laundry at Clean Rite, the staff is super helpful. Whether it's the middle of the night, or an midweek afternoon, it is never overly crowded—and there is always something good to watch on the televisions.

Place was clean, every thing was in order, the person at the desk was polite and pleasant. The customers adhere to the wearing of masks.

This is the best laundromat in Queens. It's ALWAYS neat and tidy! The workers are very helpful and they keep the machines in tip-top shape. Parking can be annoying sometimes but that's only because the parking lot is shared with a auto parts store. Other than that, I will not go to any other laundromat.
