You can only purchase a card with a $10 bill. Ok no problem how I'm supposed to know before I come here. Once I here there is no signage indicating that. After five minutes in front of the machine spitting out my $20 bill. One of the staff member informed of this. Then I had to venture into the neighborhood to get change. Because the staff does not have cash at hand, nor is there a change machine on the premises.

The staff member informed me tha I should insert the Bill's face down since the machine kept spitting out the bill. Again no signage indicating that.

15 minutes later I see another patron go thru the same situation. The staff seem friendly an try to help. But how many people experience the same thing several times a day everyday.

How hard is to put up signage at the door or by the card dispenser machine. So you dont find this out after you unloaded all your laundry bags.

We used organic detergent, but after loading two the machine. I had to change it to another machine because the machines fabric softener dispensers where full with I don't know what.

Clean place, nice staff but the user experience not so good.

The best staff ever especially mark, lateef Antonia & akeem. They always look out for their customers. Always have a smile on their face (even if I bother them too much)

Every time I go to drop off my clothes and I will always tell Antonia to do it cause she’s always polite and always giving me discounts.

I come to this laundromat all the time, they are friendly and helpful especially the store manager mark! I highly recommend them.

I have been going to this laundromat ever since it opened. I never had no problem with this laundromat until for a little over a month ago. Now everytime I go there, there is no hot water dispersing from the machine to wash my clothes. For the past 3 times I been there, I have made a complaint to the managers or staff. Some of the staff take note and tell the manager but I get brushed off quickly from management. I have took the initiative to ask customers regarding this issue. Customers have told me with quotes such as, "oh there is never hot water". To see some customers not bother by this is baffling to me. Unless you purchase expensive detergents such as e.g. Tide, your clothes never really get clean with cold water unless you are person who doesn't sweat or don't put on lotion or body oils. In return I have to wash my clothes a few times to get certain odors out which costs more money. I am not going to pay more money to buy expensive detergents from the detergents I currently use. Only in urban neighborhoods, laundromats like this one gets basic line treatment. As long as the minimum is meet, nothing matters, NOT EVEN HOT WATER. Pretty surprising especially during a pandemic, when it's proven certain temperatures of water can kill off viruses, and bacteria especially COVID 19. Just truly pathetic.there must be a change in administration over the years cause when this laundromat first open.issues such as no hot water was never an issue.

This is the 4th I have been washing my clothes here. And there’s this one employee (Antonia) that always do her job, always keep a smile on customers face. She have great customer service she always keep the store clean and she makes us happy with the free supplies and promotions they give out I like coming there I always use their free dry service.

I would have given this location 5 stars but they only have one employee working each shift. All the employees are friendly and very helpful.

Have been coming to this laundromat since the pandemic and I must say, it’s one of the best laundromats in the area! So many machines available and I love the Mon-Thurs FREE DRY special! Marc and Lateef have great customer service skills as they always make sure you are well taken care of! It’s also 24 HRS. This laundromat is the best in the Boston Rd area!

This place is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean, well lit, and the machines well maintained. Its been a pleasure coming here for the past 2 months. I highly recommend this laundromat!

Have been coming to this location for over 8 years and have noticed the cleanliness has really gone down.
The guys who work here now just talk to themselves all loud to hear themselves above the loud music they be playing. They should have respect for the clients and lower the music to a courteous respectable level for all to enjoy or just do away with it and let the clients listen to the programs on the TVs.
The girls that worked here before were courteous and clean. You would always see them with a broom in their hands sweeping and wiping down the machines.
The machines need maintenance to be relabeled so that the clients do not need to look at other machines to make sure they are pressing the correct setting when washing.
I hope things change for the better once again soon.

Great place to do your laundry, very clean, machines work well all the time. Karts are always clean and the manager Marc, gives great customer service, runs the place very well.

This morning my wife went to this Clean Rite Center with a ton of clothes but had to leave because the worker refused to turn down the music! We did not ask to turn it off, just turn it down! I think management should do a better job of teaching employees that the costumer is always right!

Came when all the machines were full but the manager, Latif was nice enough to start some of the machines for me to allow me to complete all my laundry at once! I will be coming back and recommend others to come as well! P. S.there’s a great music selection while you wash!

My wife and I was looking for a friendly, nice, and clean laundromat, we come across that laundromat. Honestly, we could not ask for more better experience. The attendant Lateef had the place popping. He was friendly, he kept the place clean and most of all he had some good clean R n B playing. I strongly recommend this place to any new person that is looking for a good laundromat. Brother is doing his thing
