Clean Rite Center 24 HOURS, Queens NY

So expensive and couldn't change my old card in person.why do I need to mail them an old card when it may have little value? Wasted time and money. Aaaaaad the charge for a new card is $3! Straight robbing. I miss the mom and pop stores.

I am an old school my wife gave me job to do the laundry when she was having a vacation in Dubai and gave me a card that I can use at laundry place and she instructed me that it’s easy as a pie so I came to the premises surprise surprise that the card I had was no more in use to get a new card was machines were not working or money can not be transferred from old card to new card here comes an employee of the store named Krissty she solved all my problems and I was the happiest man on planet Earth she was not only polite but very helpful Lucky this store that Employee like Krissty work here

Had a notice that they changed card system and old card is no longer accepted and in the notice it asked to talk to an associate.when you ask the underpaid guy says that he is not in charge and he can't help us so what is going on in there are you stealing money from us

Never do drop off to this place. It’s really really awful service. They ripped off my expensive cloth button.

Simple place to do laundry although sometimes the machines for cash do not work it is still a very good place to wash clothes and minding ones own business at will

The staff is always kind and helpful and the place is very clean everytime I come here I feel like I'm at home

This place is the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen. The workers are so nice and helpful. Felix and Beatrice are super friendly people who smile every time I ask for help. I've never seen a 24 hour laundromat where the service is always nice and clean. I see how hard they work and watch them get yelled at by other customers. People should really cut them some slack and just appreciate the good, clean service! Last time I went there was a man who kept standing very close to me/staring at me/ following me making me very uncomfortable. I expressed my concerns and the worker stood by me to ensure I felt safe. Very good people who care about the safety of their customers!

Employees are very rude.they don't help even if the machine is broken and it caused us a great loss many times of money.and the employee is a lady she totally ignored us me n my husband yesterday, her face looked that she was ready to fight or punch, whereas me n my husband we are good customers there we never messed with anybody there!

Depends on the day, honestly what your experience will be like. Parking is ruthless and service suffers during busier times (cash machines, dryers are often broken). The desk is the redeeming quality to the establishment because they service customers best. Bring a laundry bag or buy for 15$. Drying always free, washing prices are continually rising every year, something to monitor depending on your washing schedule. Free soap is as available, so if they run out then you have to purchase. Folding desks are not bad, best to go during the week and early rather than weekends and late.

Lots of machines available in many different sizes, the fact that it is 24/7 is very convenient. The only problem is that there isn't enough parking available.

People don't wear masks, and even the normally very hard working attendant seems to have given up on wearing one, at least at night. I've always done laundry late at night and now more than ever it's the best time to avoid crowds, but this place is never really empty and not everyone wears a mask. Whoever is in charge should be more aware of this situation.

Went to wash here on Saturday around 9pm. I paid $6.05 for the medium sized washer. By the time I left, the prices changed to $4.24. I had no idea the machine prices changed like that. Very disappointing.

My experience for the first time was good. The indian girl was very helpful and made me feel comfortable

Air conditioners were working beautifully! Clean machines Free detergent. No toilet tissue, filty bathroom.
