Clean Rite Center, Bronx NY

1 star because you can’t give zero. If your machines don’t have cards. You need to put a sign you can’t take peoples money and not give them card. Then offer $7 store credit but no card so how does that work $7 credit no card but I lost $10 and have to find someplace to wash clothes.

Very much frustrated. For the most part it’s a clean store. However my issue has to do with the card system I’ve place money on my card only for it to work one week and then stop working the other week I’ve left my number with the staff many times who told me that management would be in contact with me and that has never happened. The last time it happened before was week of November 4th my card with 40 dollars on it wasn’t working in any of the machines. I was told there’s nothing that could be done. I reluctantly purchased a new card however the machine charged me the fee and never gave me the card. I have the video on my phone. The staff then told me I would need to come back to the store and sit between 4 and 8 pm because management would be there sometime between those hours.
To the management of this franchise I just wanna say this 50 dollars to you may not mean anything. But I and everyone that frequents that place work very hard for our money so to have it just disappear without any means of recovery or even an attempt to rectify or fix the problem is very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my rating.quality going down, place not as clean as it used to. Ceiling vents, tiles and fans needs serious cleaning. Machine tops and corners needs hardcore cleaning.

This spot is always clean. Even at 4 in the morning. Staff is cool. Brian has been holding it down!

Very clean place all the workers I’ve met are extremely nice and willing to help I always catch somebody sweeping or helping somebody just moved here and this is the only place imma do my laundry

Your overnight employee JoJo is very helpful. He's always keeping the appearance of the place clean and comfortable, a true asset to the business

I would like to give this place a five star review! This place has really livened up since Adonis & Jamya have been here. They are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they actually care about this business! The place is clean! My laundry is always fresh and folded they know what they are doing. Always on time. They greet you and open doors for you. The best Clean Rite in the Bronx! The assistant manager and young lady on the morning weekend shift are beyond polite and helpful! If they’re not on shift I literally turn around and come back another day. They always make sure the space is clean and welcoming. I love that they don’t allow people to take others clothes out once the machine is done. Thank you for the great work!

Many, many washing machines and dryers with multiple sizes from small to extra jumbo. Dryers, one size. Prices, fair to a Lil' pricey. Clean. Very helpful staff. Snack vending machines (chips, candy, cookies, sodas).

I went in this morning and Jamya was so helpful and nice. She even went out her way to help me fold my clothes when i was rushing to get out. She is a wonderful young lady and so sweet.

I had a very much always have great experience at this laundry mat, the girl that works in the front named Jamya always helps me out whenever I’m having trouble with the card machine when refilling my card very nice girl, great place to do laundry

The place itself is pretty quick to go through thanks to staff who works there. I really only focus on customer service when I write reviews and the service here made it fast and painless. Laura was the one who was working when I went, helping me out and getting my clothes washed. Glad I didn't have to worry about it, made my day.
