From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was so pleasant. I was a bit nervous but, the Audiologist was very calming. She explained everything that she was going to do and why. She really did put me at ease. At the end of my appointment, the Audiologist was able to give me my results and a plan of treatment right on the spot. Thank GOD for my insurance as I was able to order my hearing aids. If I did not have the insurance I have, my hearing aids would not have been covered. I look forward to going back to Clear Choice Hearing and Balance. Thank you to the staff and the Audiologist.
