Clear Image Glass & Mirror, Centereach NY

As a small business owner I am not one to write a negative review as I know the net effect it can have on a small business when consumers are shopping around in a competitive market. I’ve used this company twice however the second time during a shower door install they dropped the glass door on my wood floor and damaged the floor. To try and rectify the situation they sent someone to my home to try and repair it. Unfortunately the repair looks worse that it had before. We just purchased this home two months ago and this floor is in pristine condition so this is extremely disheartening. It’s fair to say accidents happen, however I called the office and asked for the owner to please give me a call as I was very unhappy with the floor to see if there was anything further that could be done to compensate for our troubles. Either of the two owners still have yet to call and it’s been two weeks since my initial call. Knowing that we’ve recommended your business and have used you for two installs a simple phone call was to be expected! Again, as a business owner myself I cannot imagine not calling a customer back if I knew they were unhappy about something.

DO NOT USE. They have been unresponsive and unprofessional. Never DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO FOR OVER THREE MONTHS. Used them for many years but not now.

I would give10 stars if I could this company is beyond professional from start to finish! When we first went into their beautiful show room we where greeted right away by the office staff. The girls had so much knowledge that they had put any of my worries to rest! I purchased my frameless shower enclosure with enduro shield (which other companies didn’t even tell me about) and a vanity mirror for my bathroom. The Clear Image installers Came on time and were very meticulous when they worked even cleaning up after their job was done!
I recommend this glass company to everyone and anyone who is looking for a shower! I even ordered new glass for one of my windows that fogged up and glass to protect my dinning room table and cannot wait to see how it turns out when they deliver it next week!

They do all kinds of glass replacement and new installations of showers, etc.very professional and great service.
