I recently took my husband to see Dr. Catania at the Valley stream office. That was not an easy task as he didn't think he needed to be checked or tested and he wasn't going to be the best patient. But, It was truly amazing how Dr. Catania worked with him and made him feel comfortable with explaining and accepting his hearing loss. My husband had nothing but praise for him and I myself are truly grateful for what he has done for him.

Went to have my ears checked for hearing loss when we arrived my wife and I were taken to an office where I had a hearing test the never checked my ears and sold me hearing aids had to come back to the office a week later to pick up the hearing aids this time a different person was there she didn’t show me how to properly operate the hearing aids I left with the hearing aids they never worked kept shutting off when I called they told me to change the batteries I did several times and still keep shutting off made me wait a week of another appointment at which time I said I didn’t want the hearing aids the took the hearing aids and charged me a restocking fee of 420.00 for something that I could never use because the were defective I would never recommend this place to anybody it seems as they only care about getting your money
