Worst Condition. We complained to the pro shop that we couldn't play golf because of the too much fallen leaves, but they don't care at all.

What a disaster this place is. I paid 60 which was a "hot deal" on golf now APP. I was robbed. From paying for parking which is an absurdity, to having to share a cart with a stranger who had clearly also paid full price for a cart, to the packed course, to the worst grass ive ever seen since the shake weed at Woodstock 99. I should have demanded my money back before i even started. I played 9 paid for 18 and ran screaming for the exits at the turn. Maybe invest in a lawn mower and someone who can do something with the mud they are calling a tee box? I will never go back here.too bad really.

Horrible experience. All of the pictures with the fairways torn up are correct and it was still like that 2 weeks later. This management has the audacity to charge $80 for greens and cart fees and then charge $3 for parking? Completely classless. Then when I showed up for my tee time as a solo joining a 3-some they told me that I couldn’t use my own cart because they only charged me for “half a cart” whatever that means. Every other golf course I’ve been to as a solo golfer provided me with my own cart. Also half the tee boxes had no grass and were like cement trying to get your tee in the ground. I will never play this course again l, I do not recommend.

This is by far the worst condition golf course I've played. There are no fairways in most of the holes. It's not worth the money to play here. The owner needs to play at this course and rate it.

The course is not great but it’s okay for practices and exercises.

Hands down the worst golf course I have ever played. Here are some of the reasons.
1. Tee times are way over booked so a round is between 5.5 and 6 hours long.
2. There is minimal difference between the rough and the fairway. The course is so poorly maintained you don’t even benefit from hitting the “fairway”
3. About 30-40% of the tee boxes have no grass and are just dirt (Yes, seriously - see attached pic)
4. The course drains so poorly that there are large areas with just mud and little to no grass.
5. To add insult the injury the course isn’t cheap and they charge for parking.

Do yourself a favor and don’t play here.

Use to be a good course with well maintained greens under the old management few years ago. Under the current management the course condition is in mediocre shape if not worst and the wait time (pace of play) is just terrible and the rangers don’t care at all. So there is always a huge back up on every hole. Unless there is a change in management things aren’t gonna improve anytime soon. I am done with this course…

There's something weird going at this course which I can't quite put my finger on.

People come to the course late at night shooting fireworks, throwing waste around, blasting music, and those who run the place seem to just let it happen. If you’re looking for parties after midnight, come visit their parking lot. If it continues I won’t be a member of this club for much longer.

The golf course was in ok condition. The park ranger hovered us for several holes.

Last and most important: The parking lot was filthy and covered in trash. When I pulled into the parking lot I got a flat tire from a piece of glass. Not going back

This golf course has no regard for their residents who live near them. They have no front gates which allows people inside in the middle of the night where multiple cars blast music from huge speakers. They worry about filling holes in the surrounding fence when there is no front gate n cars drive o to the golf course. Residents will be taking this to higher ups till this low life owners are forced to do something

If you don't care about conditions play the course. Or play in a cow pasture, it's about the same

Complete dump. Fairways look like a cow pasture. Grounds crew and management should be embarrassed. The course is absolutely disgusting.

Beautiful day today and Beautiful course to play. This course is well maintained, clean and have Beautiful views. Fairways and greens are nice. Golf cards are clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. It's very busy but no wait, golfers moving with good time.
Refreshment cart making trips to all holes.
Clubhouse is nice, so is bar. Restrooms are clean. Will be back to play another round here.

This course is a joke. Maybe I am a spoiled Michigan golfer but this would be the worst kept course in Michigan by a long long shot. If I had the option of playing golf at Clearview again or staying home I would choose to stay home. Greens are butchered, fairways non existent, never seen so many unnatural bounces in 18 holes before. Also the putting green seemed to be in better condition than any green out there and it was closed. Skip it.
