Kim, my daughter’s therapist, was genuine, knowledgeable and compassionate. She treated us and my daughter with professionalism and helped her through her eating disorder. I’m so thankful for Kim, the Clementine program and the support we all found there. I’d recommend this to other families and adolescents who need support and solutions to overcome an eating disorder.

Past client, clinical staff & therapists were all lovely and treated us with care and respect. The people here work hard to ensure a therapeutic milieu and offer support whenever necessary. It’s a clean & safe environment & def helped my recovery!

We really wanted to like this program as it is one of the most highly rated organizations for eating disorders, but they are understaffed and the staff need additional training. They are inconsistent with how they administer the program, the staff are confused and constantly tell the clients different things (e.g. What foods are mandatory to complete and what are optional) and staff do not communicate with each other. It’s very disheartening for the clients and their families. I know it’s a new site, but not a new program. They should be better equipped and better trained. The site itself is nice but the program needs a lot of improvement.
