When they went to a new messenger and appointment system it sucked.couldnt talk to a doctor, replies took forever.and the best doctor retired, dr craig.

Overall Good doctors! I really appreciate my doctor. But one thing I have to say about the Administration there is not good. You feel like your a inconvenience when You want to make an appointment and express concerns. I don’t like that

Princess was very unprofessional. She had an attitude over some question that they messed up on. Go somewhere else if you would like to be treated like a human being and not another number to them.

Been a patient here for years, mostly good experiences. I’m happy with Dr. Argubano. I do agree with the comments that the administration seems to suffer from a lot of miscommunication.

It's extremely difficult to schedule an appointment over the phone.been on 1 hour and still on hold.

I have seen several different doctors and nursing staff over the last 20 years in this practice and do NOT have any complaints about the staff, they have all been extremely professional in their duties and handling of my medical issues. I agree though the communications between staff and pharmacy and other offices has had it's ups and downs over the years, but they, as well as the whole St Peter's establishment, have had to deal with tremendous change over the last 5 years alone, and still I have no complaints on the doctors I chose.

My experience was great! The nurses are super nice, and they treat us with love, my doctor was the doctor Balasukanya Balaraman.
She is a lovely doctor, attends with attention and patience, is calm and explains everything perfectly!

Honestly go anywhere else. Dr. Balaraman is sweet and attentive, but the administration of this place is awful. You will never be able to speak to anyone on the phone or get any assistance. I'll be switching providers because it's clear you're not worth their time

Dr. Argobanno and her staff are the absolute worst! I will never be dealing with them again.

If I could give this place zero starts I would! My daughter is seriously ill. She is in extreme pain all the time. Her home healthcare nurse has been calling this practice for 5 days to get my daughter pain medication, and they not only NEVER return the call, they have not called in the medicine. Incompetence!

I had a very, very bad experience with one doctor here. If you read all the reviews you'll see that there's multiple doctors that probably shouldn't be here. They assigned me to another Doctor then told me they will never let me change doctors again in the future, so I'm unsure about this place.

I also had multiple problems with patient privacy, with my doctor not giving me time to ask questions before opening the door and telling me to follow without explaining that she was leading me out to leave. I've then had to ask questions about prescriptions she just prescribed without explanation, in the hall in front of other patients and staff.

I just don't think any other provider would ever let this stuff happen.

Well as you could guess by reading all the other reviews this place has the WORST staff I have ever come across! You never can speak to someone directly, when leaving messages on the nurses line they never call you back even if another doctor is trying to get ahold of them. The most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with.

Can never reach a person. Just a mess of menu options that send you to voicemail, which you may never get a call back from. I am on hold and it has switched me to 3 or 4 different recordings or lines. I am just calling down the road to my personal doctor, it shouldn't feel like I am being transferred around the world. They definitely act like their time is way more valuable than yours.

Trying to schedule an appointment, been on the phone for 35 minutes, listening to the same recording, had to hang up. Very discouraged.

I show up for my appointment early, like they tell you too. They inform me they are running an hour behind. Ask me to reschedule. I already used 3 hours of personal time for this appointment. This after they cancelled my previous appointment, 4 months earlier. I told her that I am not waiting another 4 Months. Time for me to find another doctor.
