Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic reviews
14Went to have labs done …haven’t been to that lab in awhile …. Horrible …dirty un professional …. Girl had to keep yelling to another employee what codes were …. Felt like I had to spray myself down with lysol when I left …. Than they never sent the bill to my insurance and now I have to go back over and deal with …never again
Waited 2 weeks for a callback only to call back myself; a dimwit took 10 minutes of my time asking the same questions I already answered and going in circles only to find they don’t take our insurance anyway…. Maybe ask earlier. Idiots!
The dental clinic is awesome! I called the other day to get my son in for a broken tooth and they saw him 2 days later (since he wasn’t having any pain) everyone was nice and made him feel relaxed. It was much nicer than driving to Eastman where we’d have sat all day long. I will definitely be coming back for myself for as a new patient future dental appointments. Thank you!
I give it a four only because we had a appointment at 1: 15 we got there right at one like we were told and we did not get seen till 2: 20. Other than that everyone was nice and professional.
I went in to receive a biopsy of a growth in my breast. I was told they couldn't perform the biopsy because it was up near the arm pit and I was too skinny. So, they STILL charged over $4000 for a biopsy that was never performed. All they did was take three images. I had received the bill, my insurance covered all but $350 of it. To me, that's insurance fraud on their part. I called the hospital, they said they'd investigate it. They did nothing. I contacted my insurance company, still nothing. Unbelievable. A rip off!
I had surgery recently and everyone was wonderful! Anesthesiologist, surgeon & nurses were excellent and explained everything thoroughly.
I worked for the Clifton springs nursing home and it was a terrible experience. The staff was not very welcoming to me at all when I started there. Then the nurse manager Wanda Osmen wanted to embarrass me and degrade me in front of staff and residents. I called hr afterwards because it wasn’t the first time she was nasty to me and after a week they still didn’t respond to my voicemails. Whatever you do don’t work here! Work somewhere else that actually respects you and treats you like a human being and not like some piece of trash.
This is a place of nightmares. If you or your child intend to go here for any mental health concerns, just know you will be going back in time to the 1950’s for both the quality of the care and style of medicine. Please do not go here or force it on anyone else unless they are your worst enemy. And maybe even not then.
I stayed on hold for switchboard for over 10 minutes and no one answered at 3 pm on a
Monday. Poor service. Get better employees
I have had two surgeries in the last two years at Clifton Springs. My experience there was awesome. The doctors and nurses were wonderful. I’d select that hospital for any other surgeries. Two years ago. I highly recommend Clifton Springs Hospital! Currently, I took my mother to the ED, and I was again very pleased with everyone who I came in contact with. I feel my mom is in good hands. I’m surprised reading negative comments…
This hospital is my least favorite hospital around. The nurses are nasty to the patients and don’t care. The food is terrible it’s either cold or too hard and when you complain about it nobody cares. Being a visitor and you try to get food from the cafe, you just can’t I think that’s worse than the actual hospital food. The wraps are soggy, there’s barely any lettuce in the salads, the soups are half full. Whoever is making this food needs to take a cooking class, my four year old son can make food better than that. The lady who brings the food down is miserable all the time, you try to talk to her or smile at her and she walks away, she is a very unpleasant women. The people at the register even know that which is sad. If you want good care and good quality food that you are paying for don’t go here. You’ll come out starved and completely miserable from speaking to any employee there, don’t waste your time.
I just had surgery at Clifton Springs Hospital and I was blown away. From the two extremely kind ladies working in the lobbys information desk to literally every single nurse I encountered. My anestesialogist Steve was so kind and had the best energy. My surgeon Dustin Fanciullo was amazing and made the situation so comfortable right up to the moment I was put out. After having two recent surgeries at Strong, I felt like I was on an assembly line the entire time. This is truly the difference between transactional to relational.
My visit to the dentist here was very easy, from the receptionist George to the nurse Nancy and Dr. Reddit, im happy that I chose to come here. I would recommend this place to everyone.
