There was no wait and I got the help I needed! The lady I met with was nice and understanding. I’m on day 2 of my prescription and very happy with the results. Affordable and convenient!

Clinic One is in a very convenient location. It is well kept. Staff has been very courteous and helpful the few times that I visited. Services were quick & professional. I recommend COUC to anyone who appreciates great service.

I love this place for my urgent care visits. I even send my friends and family. It is very clean. The staff is friendly. The NP is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable. I trust them.

Amazing service! It took less than 15 mins from in and out for Dr Dingwell to Understand what was going on with my health and he was very quick to address my concerns. Place is extremely clean as well, And the check in process was outstanding totally recommended!

It was so easy to book an appointment at the urgent care however the customer service is borderline unethical: please be aware that they try to charge you extra money as a “deductible”. The website that I used to book the clinic told me it was $50 copayment with my insurance my insurance app told me it’s a $50 copayment please do the little bit of research for yourself before walking in to this urgent care. You cannot allow the The receptionist and the DOCTOR to try to swindle or even bully you to think you need to pay extra to seem by this establishment. Patients beware; they try to steal from people that need immediate medical assistant. PATIENTS BEWARE—I saw the scheme and I told them-no thank you-and drove myself to City Md-where yes the wait was a bit long as it’s first come/first serviced. BUT-the service-top notch-the nurses-friendly-the doctor-beyond what I expected! And guess what? At the end of my visit; when I checked out-I paid my co-payment of $50! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORTS COMING HERE

Really nice and friendly staff. I was there for a physical only took 45 min from the time I hit the door.

Professional and fast. Respectful of COVID restrictions and made sure that the clinic was as low-risk as possible.

I went in for a 5-panel drug test.

Clinic one was fast and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Receptionist took vitals and I was seen by the dr very fast. Better than the dr or ER any day.

This is my 2nd time using Clinic One. They are very efficient & speedy. They are also very courteous & friendly.

The medical professional there was very helpful. He was able to provide some relief for my daughters pain. He showed a lot of care and concern to the patient. Great customer service.

No wait because others know not to waste their time or money here! They are the worst. Very vague evaluation then tells you nothing is wrong like you do not know your body! Please go elsewhere. It is also very dingy looking I did not even want to sit down

The Spanish lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude not customer service friendly at all I love the mama and papa Dr there they're the best their son is awesome the lady Spanish lady got to go she's not polite she's attitude she doesn't belong there she doesn't match the doctor that represent that place I've been going there for years when she arrived I almost wanted to turn around and walk out but because of the nice people that run the place the doctor I stayed

I’m only giving them 2 stars because the front desk lady was nice but I went to go take a screening for hopefully my new job but I get an email saying they lost in transit? Come on that’s the worst excuse and they didn’t say how they lost it just a vague email smh.

Black nurse had an attitude she did very vague evaluation and then said that my pain was all in my head and suggested I go to a different clinic and I came there with chronic chest pain. When I indeed went to a different clinic they found out I had chronic copd something that the black nurse should have known

I went in after having the flu because of throat pain. Everyone there is super friendly. Also, the service was very fast.

I 'VE BEEN GOING TO RON AND SHIRLEY FOR OVER 5 YEARS. THEY ARE MY PRIMARY DOCTORS THAT I CAN TRUST AND TELL EVERYTHING TO ABOUT MY HEALTH OR JUST TALK TO. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS REAL PEOPLE. THE WHOLE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE REAR OFFICE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND SHOW GENUINE CONCERN AND CARE. NO ONE ENJOYS GOING TO THE DOCTOR NO MATTER WHAT YOUR HEALTH ISSUES ARE. THEY REALLY MAKE IT RELAXING AND EASY EVERY STEP. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THERE EASY AND QUICK CHECK IN ONCE YOU BECOME THEIR PATIENT. ALTHOUGH YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE. YOU WILL GET THE SAME SERVICE AS IF THEY KNOWN YOU FOR YEARS. I'D LIKE TO THANK THEM AND THEIR STAFF FOR THEIR SERVICE TO HEMPSTEAD COMMUNITY.

This has been one of the best Urgent Care experience that I have ever encountered. The staff and the quality of care was very nice. I walked in with severe symptoms and I was treated in a short period of time. There was no long wait and the providers treated me with the highest standards. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care. I give it a all around 5 star rating.

I had to do a CDL physical so this place was very cconvenient for me. Staff and the Dr.we're very professional and nice. Will be going there again. Good place for ppl with your CDL and need to take your physical then this is the place to go. 1,2,3, your done no long waiting and excellent service too.
