Quick and easy closet for my daughter. Closet factory nailed it! They made this process way too easy. Highly recommend

My experience with Closet Factory was wonderful! Magda was very quick with designing. She knew exactly what we were looking for. Kevin and his partner (I’m sorry I forgot the name) were very efficient and quick. My heartfelt thanks goes to Debbi who managed to squeeze us in as early as possible. The team is awesome and I am glad I took a chance.

My experience with Closet Factory was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I were looking for a custom closet solution for our basement to hold baby items that our son has outgrown. Kelly Piccininni was our designer. Kelly was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She came to our home and mapped out a custom design that worked perfectly for our needs. She also showed us physical color swatches. After the in-home consultation, she followed up with me via e-mail. The initial prices she quoted us were out of our budget. Kelly contacted me again a week later about a 25% off promotion going on through the end of October. The discount made the closet system more attainable so my wife and I decided to go for it. We are so happy we did! A week after submitting our deposit, Keenan and Mohammed stopped by to take final measurements. They were very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Kelly said our installation date would be 6-8 weeks out. As luck would have it, a spot opened up on the schedule a week after the measurements were taken! Daryl and Diego did the installation. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. For example, there were audio wires sticking out of the wall where the back of the closet was going. Daryl figured out a way to hide the wires under the closet without cutting them. Also, there was an electrical outlet on the back wall that I wanted access to. I gave Daryl a power strip with a surge protector. He was able to install a grommet and run the power strip through it so we had access. Daryl and Diego took the time to make sure all of the locks for the doors and drawers were lined up evenly and worked properly. They also asked how high we wanted to stationary shelves installed. Daryl and Diego were able to complete the job in one day and cleaned up their work area before they left. The next day, I received a call from the office asking how everything went. I would highly recommend Closet Factory to anyone looking for a custom closet solution in their home! They are a class act and you will not be disappointed!

Lynn is an excellent representative, she did a great job of designing the pantry. The quality of the shelving and the installation was wonderful and an easy process. Very pleased with the closet Factory would highly recommend them.

Joanie came highly recommended from a coworker who recently had all of their closets done - and Joanie exceeded all of my expectations! Redoing my master walk-in closet was on my Todo list for too long as it seemed a daunting task. However, as soon as I started the process with Joanie, she made it easy and actually fun. Her knowledge and expertise in design is apparent. She suggested many things which wound up working out perfectly for us. My husband and I absolutely love our new closet. Besides from it looking beautiful it gave us SO MUCH MORE space and storage - which is critical to us as we live in an apartment. We are looking forward to working with Joanie again for the other closets/areas in our apartment. Working with her was truly a pleasure - and the install process with Abe was remarkably no mess, quick and quite seamless. Thank you to the Closet Factory team!

All was great starting with the designer to the installer. The quality and color of the material is good. My standby appointment was a 2 hr window between 8-10. The installers arrived on time at 8: 15. They were nice, respectful, clean and professional. The installers laid down blankets and placed shoe covers over their shoes and upon completion of the job, they even vacuumed the work area. Installation of two closets were done in just 2 hrs.

Very easy to work with Jill the designer. She was able to fit everything I wanted and maximize all the space. Installation came in very quickly. Deen was the installer. He did a great job and he left everything very clean. Closet looks great. Would definitely use them again. 5 stars
