Clove Road Bagels, Staten Island NY

They cant seem to get basic orders right. I've been going here, thinking it was the only place (a little far) from where I live that has good sandwiches. The past 5 times I've gone there in the past few weeks has been riddled with messed up orders and/or sparky remarks. The only reason I'm not rating this place 1 star is because there is one woman who works the register who is very pleasant and efficient, she deserves 5 stars.

NEVER PICK UO THE PHONE WHEN I CALL! WHEN I USE DOOR DASH THEY MAKE MY FOOD AS SOON AS THEY GET THE NOTIFICATION INSTEAD OF WHEN THE DASHER IS ON THE WAY TO THE STORE! LAST TIME THEY GAVE ME A SPOILED MILKSHAKE BECAUSE THEY MADE IT A HOUR BEFORE THE DASHER WAS EVEN ON THEIR WAY I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WON’T REMAKE IT! HORRIBLE WORKERS

If you loved bagels, this is the place. Fresh bagels in the morning and the services are excellent.

I walked in expecting a regular shop but was amazed at the service and freshness of the food, a great place for a hungry morning.

I love their bagels. Got a dozen for home and three days later there still soft as can be and taste delicious and there big!

The cashier is racist! I was in line for my order and was in a rush. A white guy cut in front of me and when I told the cashier (who could see the guy was not in line and came INFRONT of me) that I was before him he totally ignored me and took the guy’s order. Will not be back!

This place has a Virtual Restaurant on UberEats called Clove Road Mediterranean Grill. It had no reviews but I gave it a try. It's excellent! Super fresh and arrived hot. Soft pita, fresh vegetables, nicely grilled chicken. Their included home-mixed sauces are pretty decent as well.

Large sandwich shop and convenience store that has a lot of options. They specialize in bagels and have a wide variety, they aren't made on site though. The store is ok, but they don't do anything exceptional. Hard to give more than 3 stars.

Great bagel store. Great bagels I must say. Great variety of spreads & it's actually like a mini supermarket. They have a wide variety of cold cuts & make great hero sandwiches. Friendly staff & super clean.

This is one of the better spots. We love how they take your order and make everything fresh. I wish I had this down the road from my house. We usually visit every trip to NYC and love the variety. The coffee is always fresh and the are friendly and convenient

The most inconvenient place to go to, they make up their prices as they go. Commonly items are ridiculously overpriced: $3.75 - $4.25 for a gallon of water, $3.50 for a butter and jelly roll, and $9 for a Turkey bacon, egg & cheese roll? !
In my opinion, they are a total ripoff, and they should get reported and investigated once again for price jacking as it had happened before.

This place is clean and the staff are very nice, they have expanded I hope they haven't bitten off more than they can chew! That strip would look bad if they closed up. The store that was empty before they expanded was empty for quite a while. The breakfast and heroes are good. Good luck

They aren't the most inexpensive place in town but their bagels are the best. They have expanded their store to include many grocery items frozen food section ice cream section and other healthy choices like smoothies

I ordered three pieces of just chicken cutlet. Guy at counter charged me 17.98 lol ridiculous

I always went bro this store when I worked with the City Parks the food if good and the personnel are great!
