Laurie was amazing and heart felt when I contacted her about having our Guinea Pig cremated! I sent her an email with questions and she got right back to me, first by email then a phone call! She provided great empathy and sympathy for our loss which is a Big Deal to me during a loss of a pet. She also kept me informed the day she was picking our Guinea Pig up and when she would be ready to bring her home & she Greeted my Daughter and I at the door and made us feel like we were family, and handed us Charlotte Mae and said, ” Here’s your Charlotte to bring back home”, it’s those little things that mean the most!

Laurie was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first cremation and she was so very true and sincere while explaining how my little girl, Isabella would be taken care of. She said that she would be taken care of as if she was her own. I truly believe that, she is a very loving woman. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Laurie and her family are wonderful and put your mind at ease. They provide excellent services at very reasonable prices. We have used them twice now. A definite savings over having your vet process you pet's remains, not to mention knowing whose ashes you are really receiving. Tbey offer two types of cremation.check their site.
