Very racist, RUDE, insulting and culturally insensitive staff with POOR customer service and communication! If you are a person of color do not, and I repeat, DO NOT waste your time or money coming to this studio! You are much better off attending the studio in Suffern or elsewhere!

I have done pilates at independent/local studios for 20 years and I was hesitant to join because it's a franchise. I was worried the classes would be "formulaic" or basic but after trying a few different classes and and finding the right ones for me, I'm happy to say I love it! Dale in particular is an incredible teacher and her classes are always so interesting - truly a mental and physical work out, which I love. Maya is so sweet and helpful and really cares about running a great studio. I love the level 2 classes (requires test out) and really feel like I'm getting stronger. The studio is impeccably clean and has a great atmosphere. The only thing I miss from past studios is getting individual attention/corrections. The teachers do correct you if you're doing something wrong, which is helpful, but I love when teachers give feedback to help you do it even better or to fix little alignment things. I know I could get that in privates, but that's not in my budget right now. All in all, highly recommend!

Everybody is Great! Courteous, friendly, and concerned. A WONDERFUL place.
