This place is going to become a homeless shelter for men. Something you should consider before you think about staying here.

I have hosted visiting guests from out of town here for many years. Now that we all have less visitors, this neighborhood hotel will be able to host our needy New Yorkers who need our help now more than ever. Welcome to our neighborhood New friends and neighbors) Happy Holidays!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel internationally often. The service was subpar. Everyone looked like they had a terrible day without even a greeting or a smile during checkin.

Got the Penthouse Floor with a broken elevator. Had to take the elevator to the 20th Floor and then lug my luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get my room. Could have at least offered to help.

The “penthouse” rooms was more like an attic space. Slanted ceilings with an extremely small 1 room area. A bath room size that is close to what you find on a boat. About the smallest space I’ve stayed in.

Fire alarm goes off at 5am and had to walk down to the 1st floor just in time for the false alarm call. Then the hotel had only 1 functioning elevator left for several hundred guests to get back to their rooms.

The only positive thing I could say is that they had 24hour coffee in the lobby lounge.

Very quiet place, room was exceptionally clean, check In was quick, staff was pleasant, I really enjoyed my stay and is likely to stay there again. The price per night was affordable and for me and my fiancee, it was worth every penny.

Good hotel location & larger than average rooms. Rooms are modern & clean with Keurig coffee makers in room, Netflix on the large flat screen & comfortable beds. There are a few employees there that seem like they’re in the wrong business, since it’s the hospitality industry, but overall it’s a good experience checking in & getting help. The housekeeping staff is great. Very helpful & friendly. The gym & lounge area are also very nice. Not sure it’s a true 4-Star, more a 3.5.

Room is nice. It's basic but has all the amenities I need. Location is great, about a minute walk from the subway.

Beautiful spacious room, very polite staff, who were more than happy to guide us towards the highlight of the city as well as the hidden treasures of the city. Free wine n snacks at 5-6pm. Highly recommended

We loved this hotel. Great high ceilings and big windows in a lovely historic building. Staff was charming and attentive.

Worst experience ever. They post fraudulenr charges on your credit card and then refuse to refund. The senior guest manager christine fonseca is extremely rude and impolite. They don't record their calls and then make false claims. When I asked them to hear a call recording of what happened. They refused to do so and hung up. Worst hotel ever

This downtown location has it all. From free bottles of purified water to its room service, this hotel is right were you want to be. USB ports and power outlets at desks and by your bed. I love this location. Staff are outstanding!

The placement of the hotel is amazing it's right next to a metro station and is in general pretty close to a lot of stores the rooms are also equipped with Chromecasts which is super amazing and I have used it everyday.unfortunately there was a problem with the TV at first but it was quickly resolved by restarting the it.unfortunately the room smells really weird and it's not possible to get rid of the smell due to the window being locked.it's therefore not possible to open it.

Staying for the weekend. Great place to stay, this is the third time at this location. Prefer the brand due to the NY locations.

Good place to stay in Midtown New York City. In a busy neighborhood yet quiet and cozy. Good customer service. Their complimentary water and snacks all through the day is really good but their free wine to guests from 5-6pm every evening is the highest game! Thanks for being so nice yet professional guys please go see for yourself anytime you all ready in New York City or want a home away from home.

Another class act by Club Quarters. Convenient? Check. Discounted parking around the corner? Check. Nice rooms and comfy bed? Check. Highly recommended. A few areas of improvement are the AC noise, and more than one set of shades. But as I said, highly recommended.

Good hotel and friendly employees. Our room didn't have much of a view, but it was spacious and nice for being in NYC. We stayed in Wall Street for our holiday this time to avoid the biggest masses of tourists. The metro is right downstairs so getting across Manhattan is very easy.

Bonus points because they did not charge us a resort fee and because there are free water bottles on every floor.

Hotel positioned in a great location, in the middle of Wall Street, with basic services but fair prices.
