LIFE! Met Big Luke almost a YEAR AGO. A business occasion! However, along the way we started to build and bond. He mentioned his profession, I responded by letting him know I was in the market. We’ve bumped into each other in the public, assured him I was still coming. Eventually put myself into position to go make a purchase. Called up to the dealership MY GUY JOEY answered, let him know my ties with Luke. 2 weeks later on the fly, I was in the walking distance of the dealership, something moved me to go in and get this process started! At first I’m sure Joey was unsure of my connection to Luke, considering Joey knows the landscape. I popped in, the universe granted me with BOTH JOEY AND BIG LUKE IN THE BUILDING. 2 hours later the guys had me TAKEN care of. You want CARING, HONEST, UPFRONT, and LIFE LIKE individuals. CNY BABY!

P. S. - THEY’RE SURE TO SET YOU UP THE BEST FINANCIALLY. For you the consumer, NOT THEM THE BUSINESS!

Never again, it was all good til I signed the papers then the lies came out! DON'T BUY FRIM HERE!

I went into their Fulton location for a price on my trade. My husband is building his credit and we did not want a bunch of credit checks if we cldnt get a good price for our trade. They only offered 1500 for my trade leaving me with negative equity if I traded it in. Their number didn’t work for me so I was going to leave but they took me into the office with “Luke” the “owner that cares about the cny community more than making a profit”. I was told they were “confident” they cld get me into a third row with a 325 payment if we applied, even with the negative equity on my current vehicle. I took them at their word and we applied. Everyday for a week plus, I was told “we’ll have numbers for you today” never happened. I had to message daily for updates and there were always excuses. “Our financial guy is in Watertown today” “we’re trying with a different bank” etc etc.after running my husbands credit FIVE times, causing his score to drop THIRTY POINTS. They finally come back with a 470 payment. Which is waaaay more than originally stated and did not work for us. It was a COMPLETE waste of time and credit checks! They shld have just been honest and up front that my current vehicle had too much negative equity to make work for a reasonable payment.
I commented my story on a fb post of theirs where they claimed they cld get anyone into a car in 24hrs. Instead of addressing me, they deleted my comment and restricted me from commenting/leaving a review! That shouts “we’re sketchy” and NOT TO BE TRUSTED to me. They’ll lie to your face just to get an application. This business does NOT care about its customers or community members.

My husband and I have bought two vehicles from CNY Drives, and both times have been a wonderful experience! The first time we went with very bad credit scores and Luke and Jonathan at the Fulton location were able to help us get approved and into a great vehicle! The second time, almost exactly a year later, we were in a car accident and they were incredibly helpful in getting us into our dream car and taking the broken one off our hands. I would recommend CNY Drives to anyone!

The CNY Drives guys did it again! I've forever been chasing a full size SUV. A GMC Yukon hit their lot and my search was finally over. Reasonably priced, they did well with my trade in and as always, the process was quick and easy. These guys are responsive and never disappoint. The truck was impeccably clean and smelled great when I picked it up.
