Code Red Restaurant & Lounge, Bronx NY

Food was great. I ordered the shrimp and oxtail tacos, came 3 with each order and they were delicious & good portions. Loved having the happy hour appetizers for half the price! Music was definitely a vibe but it very loud. Don’t expect to be able to maintain an actual conversation.

The lounge/restaurant was well kept and contained. Went there today and the drinks are super good 10/10. The bartender Sharronda was super nice and professional. All my needs were met in a timely manner and my food was good. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Food was old.not fresh, had fry chicken it was food that was made from the night b4. As a chef chicken especially fried chicken should be made daily. Horrible!

The 1 start is only to leave a review. The food looks pretty but gives you a tummy ache & the drinks are watered down 27$ for 2 watered down drinks. & the waiter was trash.

Worst service ever. 30 min wait for someone to finally decided to take our order just to tell me that the kitchen was closed. With the time they spent walking around cleaning stuff that was already clean they could've took my order in time. I don't recommend this place not even for a funeral.

Jinnell has been very attentive, she explained the menu and drinks. She was very nice to us and have a very good customer etiquette. She made dinning experience quite pleasant.

After attending a friend's mom funeral, a group of us decided to dine in at Code Red. Our server Tamara was such a delight. The "manager" however, was quite disappointing. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! There was an error on the bill and he was upset that it needed to be corrected. He displayed his frustration by rolling his eyes and handing the receipt with discontent.
Because the food, drinks and waitresses were on point I would return. Hopefully this young man won't be there.

God local.spot.went for happy hour which last till 9pm. Drinks were decent. Not strong enuff for me tho. I had Mai Tai ocktsils and the jerk spring roll

Got here a little early in the evening, the staff is very friendly and the pineapple shrimp dish is fire

Came here for my aunts birthday and had a blast! The food portions were big, the drinks were bomb (s/o to Keke), and our host Jinnell made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in. Will definitely be coming back!

The food is amazing! The waitress was committed to great service and welcoming, the atmosphere is great and the energy was awesome. I will definitely be back! Shout out to my waitress Jinnell she has good energy….

Jinnell OMG I was at code red and the waitress was amazing.funny and very patient the food was delicious and so much for the price.myself and co- workers have a wonderful time.

This a great spot. Food is top notch. The dj is awesome great music. Jinnell was our server. She has a great personality. Me and my three coworkers has a great time. I willl be back. Did i tell you that the drinks to die for.
