Fabulous service. I had a vertigo attack getting into my car and hit my face straight on and smashed my glasses into the top of my car. The guy who adjusts the glasses was able to fix them and make them not crooked anymore. I highly recommend them!

Chris definitely made it happen! I was leaving to go on vacation the next day and he made sure my glasses were here on time! Omg these are some amazing ppl and very professional! Will definitely come back

I went to Cohen the other day because I broke my eyeglasses, which I hate wearing. Scott was very helpful and listened to me. With his help, I left with a pair of glasses I love to wear all the time. Thank you Scott.

My family and I have been coming to this cohen’s for almost 20 yrs. Scott has been helping us since the first day and has made the experience simple and easy each time. Always super kind and helpful. The most recent time Chris helped me, was incredibly kind as well, and made everything easy.

I went to visit Cohen and I had the greatest help. Scott was fabulous! He offered his help showing me all different glasses. I loved my experience with him because he was so helpful and patient. I wish every place I went to had such great help! If you go to Cohens ask for Scott because he is wonderful.

Overpaid and utterly disappointed. My daughter and I had eye exams and purchased glasses here. The examinations were incorrect and we both had to get exams done elsewhere for the correct prescription, mine was way to strong and my daughters was not strong enough. I returned to the establishment with my complaints but was told I had to give it time to get used to the new prescription, absolutely false and waste of money.

Today 8/31/2021, I went into Cohen’s to find the perfect frame for my brother to send international. With no idea what to get, I probably tried on 15 or more frames before finding the one.

Super friendly, prompt, Energetic and definitely knows to multi task to perfection. Chris was literally taking care of 2 customers and attended to both our needs at the right moment without getting frustrated/ flustered. In the end I found the one and stayed in budget just a little.

I am super pleased and happy with the Frame I choose. Like I said before, thank you Chris! Keep up the good work! Also, I must add his boss was also amazing!

As soon as I stepped in Cohen’s, I had gotten immediate assistance. Scott was very knowledgeable. He gave me information about my glasses, and what I may need for my next pair as he was repairing the initial ones. As for the repair, it was as quick as the service.

Ellen was extremely helpful with assisting my husband and I with choosing frames. Also with all the kinks with frame sizes, styles, colors, and placing our order! She is just a delight!

When I came in to the store, they were very welcoming. My frames need some readjustment and needed to be tightened. They did it for me instantly and they made sure I walked out of the store happy. They are the best place to go to if you need glasses.

INFACT, ALL THE TEAM FROM THE STORE MANAGER TO THE OPTOMETRY AND OPHTHALMOLOGY SERVICES WAS SO FREAKING CORDIAL AND WARM WITH ALL OF THE PERKS. I AM SO SUPER EXCITED TO HAVE SHOPPED MY EYE WEAR AND LENSES AT THIS LOCATION.

Ive been going to this store for 20 years Scott is my optician and I’m grateful for his service. I will always come back no matter where I travel in the world. I remember not changing my glasses until Scott was able to help me post covid 2020. God bless him and this store.

I’m a benchmen by trade and know the optical business well enough to see a trainload of BS from a mile out. I was greeted and serviced by a young man named Chris. He was pleasant and seemed to understand what I was in the market for. I’ve always brought the higher end frames and this time was no different. After considering Fred’s Lunnettes and Cartier, I decided on Dita instead. I looked at a few frames and decided on Dita Mach 7s and one other frame, which was promised at half price because of a current promotion. I purchased two frames at nearly $1,900.00. Once I got home, I had a feeling something wasn’t right. It was the amount I paid, which after a little research and basic math, just didn’t add up. I went back the next day and spoke with Chris again. I stated to him that the $1000 frame sold to me was listed on the manufacturer's official site for $850.00 (Dita Mach 7) and the 2nd frame (Dita Alican) was also cheaper. I asked how it was possible for them to sell items for more than what the manufacturer sells them for? You’ll have to speak to the owner was his response, but only after going over the numbers again and realizing, as I did, that something didn’t add up nor made sense.

To shorten this long story, which is important to share, the fact is that this retail operation inflates the price of its frames and services and if the buyer doesn’t pay attention, well, you will likely pay more than is fair.

After speaking with the owner, he immediately discounted my research stating that he would have to call the manufacture himself regarding the actual price of their frames. After waiting about an hour, the owner reluctantly refunded $150 for one of the frames (even though Chris had agreed to $200). I found it particularly interesting that the owner argued that the manufacturer doesn’t understand that there are fees for services rendered at the retail end that the eyewear manufacture doesn’t consider when setting a price for there frames. In other words, the owner of Cohen’s Kings Plaza, knowingly inflates the prices of the frames purchased from the manufacturer to offset the cost of doing business. This is done at the expense of the unsuspecting customer who unwittingly pays more to compensate the business.

This is wrong, simply because it’s done in a stealthy manner. I was shocked to read so many negative reviews; many of which have a common thread - the experience of being cheated. Had I read them before hand, I would have avoided this establishment. Definitely would not have made a purchase. You live and learn in this world. I gave a three star rating just to be fair, which is ironic because I don’t feel as if I was treated fairly. Let’s hope my purchases are dispensed in a timely fashion.

I thought I had come to a special place to make lances eyeglasses for glasses I paid them $ 750 and asked them to have a Verhalux lens like my old one Before buying the lenses I bought a special frame that cost a lot of money for the lenses My wife took the lenses assembled to my frame and brought them home Shame and disgrace how they put me lenses of a different kind. Very cheap and did not meet my demand The next day I came myself and asked to see the manager I converted the contents of the purchase and tried to tell me that the employee made a mistake and he will help me fix the mistake this is their way of cheating the customer and who does not understand the quality of the lenses will pay full money and get junki To this day I have not received the glasses including my frame. I would not recommend going into this store. Fraudsters and crooks



Worse experience I had in my life. The charge $200 for the frames that cost $15 on Ebay. Only realizing that afterwards it was impossible to make any returns, because it's non-refundable. Worse ever purchase. Felt like I was robberred. Run away from this store and especially Bella!
