Very helpful, positive experience. The doctor was thorough and gentle and explained things well, and the Opticians were extra helpful in explaining options and choosing the right pair of glasses. I would highly recommend this office.

They got my prescription glasses ready in 2 business days. Very very clean place and friendly employees. Thank you, I mean it.

Also, they have good selection of frames that are covered by insurance. It's not like there's only 3 frames for you to choose from. They have handful amount of frames that you can choose from which are covered by insurance.

Came here today based on reviews, location and insurance and I'm honestly glad I did. It was a pleasurable experience (even during a pandemic). Front desk staff were nice and friendly the doctor was also very professional, thorough and informative. The place is really small and homey but don't let that fool you, there's still glasses for everyone. I will be returning

Pro tip to keep in mind: They only allow four visitors at a time due to the current pandemic. Please do not go with your entire family. A woman came with 4 family members including herself and they had to lock the door and turn people away.

So I came in for an exam and it was very quick. The doctor giving the exam was very nice and helpful too. I went the the front desk afterwards and there was so many options that I couldn't decide what to get. I asked for some really nice sleek frames with blue light for work and they provided me a nice array. The staff were SUPER nice.

THANK YOU to the whole team here tbh. The doctors, admins, and the workers are just amazing. The doctor was really helpful with the exam (which was needed) and the workers made some really great recommendations about glasses with blue filter for work. They also gave me frames that make my face a nice stylish look.

I have love the professional service that the staff provides for me and for the other customers they serve, they are soo friendly and funny. Dr Vann is my favorite. He is very through in his examining my eyes as well as my mother. I recommend this Cohen optical to anyone.

Great place to get checked up and purchase glasses, so much glasses to choose which is amazing and they re check the glasses fit and looks good on you, funny and welcoming people. Definitely a place to come!

This was the most fun I’ve ever had at an eye appointment. Honestly the whole team took special care of me. We laughed, they helped me pick the frames for me and even help me to be open minded with a style I wasn’t to fond of originally. This place, the team is like family and I love it. I’ve been going to this provider for over 3 years and I honestly like the service they provide. The receptionist are patient and friendly as well as the optomology team. The wait wasn’t entirely bad, I was seen within 2 hours but overall experience was well. I recommend getting services through this provider!
