The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. They thoroughly explain options of eyewear available. They give you all the pricing options and financing that is available. They explain what is covered under the insurance that is provided to them. They stay on top of when your eyewear comes to notify you as soon as it is in. I’ve never had an issue with this location. I will be going back for the rest of my family.

The doctor who examined my vision was very good. However, it went downhill from there. The salesperson who was helping me, said to an associate "I hope we don't have to work late tonight". She then showed me one pair of frames and walked away! Very expensive pair, by the way. When she came back, I asked if there were any other frames included in my plan. She said, "I thought those were the ones you liked"! Very unprofessional sales staff.

Dr. Weber was very knowledgeable and friendly and took my concerns serious and helped with my eye problems 10/10 picking frames was easy got two pairs a regular and a work safety pair Estell was very professional would return in the future with my business and family’s.

We only go there for Estelle. She is very kind and considerate and caring. She is also very helpful and always remember us when we come in. She is excellent and customer service.

I visited this Cohen store today after cataract surgery. I needed to figure out how to deal with seeing properly given only one eye was corrected and there will be a two week period before my second eye is done. Vanessa was extremely helpful. She provided a great deal of information about what to expect post surgery, more helpful than the medical team provided. I was able to get a clear lense put in my prescription glasses so I could see during this 2 week period. I also purchased a pair of Maui Jim’s sunglasses that I just love! Oh, and this was the first time I used this Cohen location.

Estelle and Dr Weber have been my mom and my go to eye place ever since I was a little kid and they always take care of us:)

They talked me into the most expensive product they sell, progressive lenses, without telling me all the details.for example.they didn't tell me that I would have to turn and/or tilt my head to see or read. They didn't tell me about the extremely small field of vision. Eye doctor said I would be able to look straight ahead at my computer at work and see clearly but then the optician said (after I paid for the glasses) NO, these are NOT for looking at the computer, that I woulod have to tilt my head back and look through the small portion of the lense at the bottom in order to see/read the screen. Eye doctor said all I would have to do is look down to read but the optician said (after I paid for the glasses) NO, you have to look down through the center of the bottom and then turn my head from left to right to read. $550 later, I HATE these glasses. Feels like I'm looking through a fishbowl. Had much better vision using my $15 Foster Grants from Walgreens! All I really wanted was a good pair of prescription lenses because I knew my eyesight differed from one eye to the other. I'm going to bring these back to them and demand at least an exchange for single vision glasses. THEY GIVE NO REFUNDS.

What a pleasure to see the doctor. All the staff is very helpful and nice. Estelle helped me pick out glasses for the second time second time since I've been going there. She is so sweet and always helps me pick out the perfect pair!

I have been going to Cohen’s Fashion Optical since 1999. Estelle has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Weber and the other staff are awesome as well. Love this place!

Best experience at the eye Dr in some time. Dr Weber was excellent in explaining everything so that it can easily be understood. Picking out new frames was quick and easy with the help from the sales dept.

My son had his eyes checked here. The doctor that helped him was great but then it went downhill from there. My plan allows $200 towards frames and they do not offer a single frame within my plans allowance. My son was also checked for contacts. He needed help learning how to put them in and take them out so we made an appointment with a different doctor. They are doing construction in that mall area so the doctor spent the whole time trying to kill little flying bugs. We made an appointment for the following week and they never wrote it in their book so we received no help then either. So far it has been a disappointing experience.

If one of my employee treat one of my costumers the way the "manager" does. She would be unemployed. I work public and customer service is everything. Yell at a costumer just WOW.

Me experience with Cohen Optical was great. I worked with Estelle she was extremely knowledgeable of the design I was looking for and heard my concerns. I had my eyes examined by Dr. Alex, he too was very informative. Hands down I would recommend this Optical Center to everyone.

Dr. Weber is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She is extremely caring and her exams are incredibly thorough. I will continue to go here as long as she is working here! She is the best!
