I just wanted to make the staff from lily for my phone appointment, Nico helping me with my glasses and being very knowledgeable on everything I needed, to Nicole and Taylor doing a great job with assisting me get into my new favorite eye doctor Dr. Rivera! She gave me news I’ve been waiting for a long time. One of my eyes got a little better. 5 stars across the board for this great Cohen’s location and even better Staff. Thank you abundantly. This location has the most professional and knowledgeable staff. Their honest straightforward approach was refreshing, especially after past purchases at an optical shop in a nearby shopping center. Chaiya went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my selection. I was not an easy customer, but she just kept smiling and continued to suggest new styles. I would definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Nico and the dr and staff were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me as far as getting the glasses I wanted at the price point I wanted as well. Overall it was a great experience

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The doctor however, Dr Rivera is rude, condescending, and outright disrespectful. I am appalled at how she speaks to people acting as if she is above them and they are clueless. I won't be giving them my business or ever going here again!

Everything is good exept wait, staff is really nice and helpfull, doctor pretty thorough.
Would be nice if they would give out correct information in time of the visit also.

If I had 10 stars I would give it to Cohen’s. I had made an appointment and I was taking care of the next day. I picked out, out of a wide selection of glasses. I came to my choice and I was very happy with the glasses I picked out for work. Nico was one of the employees there he is awesome and very friendly. He will help you pick out whatever you are looking for. Again very happy with Cohen’s.

We had the best service from Nico. He was a fabulous help to us with the best options and he was super friendly and kind.

I have been a client here for many years. For the past year or so I have been dealing with a young man names Nico. Nico is a very knowledgeable and competent associate. I am always met with his kindness and appreciation for his clients He is patient abd honest when it comes to choosing the perfect pair of eyeglasses amd contact lenses. And thanks to Nico, I am very pleased with my latest indulgence - my first pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. He helped me choose the perfect frame and lense color. Nico is a gem! Thank you so much Nico!

I had lost my eye glasses and went to this cohen’s this morning. The staff here treated me very from the moment I walked in the door.so I explained to the on of the girls working I lost my eye glasses and really need a pair because I can’t see and read barely.so she started the whole process very fast, told me to come back at 2pm and get my exam so I did and pick out my glasses with the help of one of the gentleman there. I was so amazed with the staff there and they even had my new eye glasses ready the same day. This store and staff is truly of of the best in the business by far. Thank you so much cohen’s fashion optical I can finally see again.

After finding this location I won’t ever be going anywhere else. It was my first visit and everyone was so nice and accommodating, a few customers needed a little extra time to have things explained and nobody at all gave them less than what they deserved- literally everyone was treated like family. Highly recommended for sure! Everything was so clean, the visit was very thorough. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Doctor was amazing! Explained things to me start to finish. Even helped me when I came back a second time just for some questions! Nico was the greatest help. I’m stubborn so he stuck through all my questions and complaints. Highly recommended place.

I made an appointment for my daughter to get an annual eye exam. The wait was a little long (about 45 minutes) but the service is excellent and I do think it's worth the wait. One of the staff members gave my daughter a sticker as we waited, which broke the ice for her. Dr. Rivera is very patient and gentle and took direction from my 8 year old very well. She is also bilingual, which I think is an asset. After Dr. Rivera, Nico helped us with our glasses and we actually had so much fun! He picked out the cutest frames for her and considered her color preferences. After we chose a pair of everyday glasses and athletic safety goggles, Nico very clearly and patiently broke down the pricing options for me after insurance. He gave me prices for just lenses, lenses + new frames, and the goggles. The entire process was very seamless and we felt very taken care of by Nico. He even gave my 5 year old a bandaid. My 8 year old usually is nervous around people, but was very comfortable with the friendly staff at this office. I also noticed that the other clients who came in were very at ease and taken care of by the whole staff. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will be back.

Got an eye exam & ordered my prescription glasses here at this location. Office was clean & tidy and the staff was very nice & friendly. I had help from Nico with picking my frames & ordering them & I am so in love with the pair I received! Nico was so helpful, extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone who needs glasses. Please go see him! I can see so clearly with my new glasses, very satisfied with my experience here!

Had my 1st visit at Cohen's today and I was very pleased with the whole process. I was greeted by the friendly staff, asked to fill out paperwork & the employees were available to answer any questions I had. The Doctor was pleasant & thorough, explaining the change in my prescription and offered to order trial contacts so I could be sure the new Rx worked for me. Nico assisted me with trying on frames and couldn't have been more accommodating and more importantly PATIENT with me as I tried on tons of styles and he helped me pick the most complimentary pair. Would recommend this store to all. Thanks so much!

Great place to get glasses! We have been their customers for few years and definitely will be coming back. Nico was great, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Great service.

I took my Mom to get new glasses with a new script. Both the young woman who checked us in and the salesman were very nice. My Mom is 82 and very particular. Nico was patient & very helpful with her. He even cleaned and adjusted my glasses! I’m glad I chose Cohen for her eyeglass needs.

My time there was a great experience, the environment was very welcoming and everyone was very nice, although I have to point out that Nico and Ali especially were absolutely fantastic.
