Cohen's Fashion Optical reviews
4 This is the first review that I’m writing ever. I normally wouldn’t review unpleasant experiences, but this was too much. I went to the store this morning with my girlfriend as she was looking for new glasses. The sales lady treated us as if we were stupid and refused to answer questions properly. (She would, for example, ask whether my girlfriend wants the more expensive glasses, but refuse to explain what the differences are). When my girlfriend said that she would like to think about buying the glasses she picked and come back later, the lady would rip the paperwork apart aggressively and say: “you don’t wanna get them, so why keep it”. Finally, we left and went to another store whose sales woman couldn’t access the insurance information as this store was still logged into her account. Not surprisingly, the lady on the phone would refuse to log out so that we needed to contact the insurance’s IT services to have her kicked out of the account.
Unbelievable experience - how do these people keep their business running?
Always a great experience here, and the ladies at the register are so helpful with figuring out what everything will cost with insurance and how to save money. Thank you!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I usually don't post reviews, but in this case, it's the only place that makes me feel awful since I live in New York City.
Really nice pleasant staff, with a good vibe. Jackie was a gem. We spoke about frames and fashion. The owner even introduced himself. Conveniently located right off the 72nd street stop on the West Side of the Park.
