Since I was 14 I been getting my glasses from this place. Before, staff used to be really nice and they showed that they cared. Now, the new staff is completely rude. They don't know anything about customer service. My advice is don't go there they will waste your time and treat you awfully.

The eye doctor was very informative about everything I needed to know. The Glasses frame were lousy to choose from for free frames, but overall had a good experience.i really loved how the doc told me everything I needed to know.

Worst customer service. Scheduled me for dialation eye once I got back they said they don't do dialation exam. Plus they lost my voucher. What a waste of time.
