Terrible Experience with the store employees. I came in for an eye exam which was a good experience. I gave my $700 ANNE & VALENTIN glasses for adjustment as it got a little loose. They brought it back with the right lens warped. I cannot see clearly through them anymore. And they refused to take the blame for it.

I would recommend coming here to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. Crystal is amazing at always finds the perfect frames for me. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

I went to the store to buy some sunglasses, the workers are so nice. I will definitely come back and recommend the store. Thanks to Emely for helping me!

I missed the black Friday sale by 1 week, 50% off frames + lenses. They never mentioned it to me. I asked them to adjust my receipt and they said come in and they would make the adjustment. I drove 25 minutes to the store and they said they would not make the adjustment because I needed to purchase frames and lenses. I just bought lenses. If I had been told a week earlier, I would have bought both. I requested the store manager to give me a call and I am still waiting.

Kudos to the most outstanding doctor who provided my eye exam yesterday. Very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. The following eyeglass selection was also a breeze. Great customer service experience overall!

Received amazing customer service from the doctor, lab techs and front desk. Special shout to Kimberly for helping me in choosing a style of glasses she was very knowledgeable and helpful! Will be returning and recommending to everyone I know!

Money hungry and unhelpful. Got my eyes tested for glasses and contacts but only received my glasses prescription until I asked for the contacts prescription. Few weeks later I came to buy contacts at a different store and was told the prescription didn’t have enough information in regards to the sizing of my contacts. I called cohens and the lady on the phone sent back a new prescription which the doctor put into the system but it was the WRONG numbers. I called again asking what was going on and they said I need to come back for a follow up because the doctor wrote the wrong prescription in my file. I set up a follow up, went back home, just to find out they emailed me again with the correct prescription saying I do not need a follow up. Not sure what is going on there but y'all need to work on your customer service and communication with your coworkers.

Love the staff at this location. They are knowledgeable, courteous and provide professional service. Love their selection of frames.

Wow this place was incredible the people were nice they took out so much of there time to help me with my contacts the doctor was very friendly and funny. I am a 13 year old boy and I been wanting contacts since I was 11 these people were very nice I appreciate them so much best eye doctor’s ever I will come back and you should come here too.

Google hours for 5pm close must be incorrect bc I just drove all the way here to pick up glasses and arrived before 4: 50 on a Sunday to pick up glasses and it was totally closed, dark, locked.
