The whole staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I was in a pinch a few weeks ago and completely out of contacts. Ryan helped me immediately and made sure I had everything I needed in a quick manner. I can't speak highly enough about Ryan and the staff's customer service. Thanks!

My family and I have been going here for well over a decade. Always receive excellent service and quality products. Staff is always extremely helpful and courteous. Haven’t found another optical business that compares.

I came here to have my nose pads replaced and my spectacle temples repaired. There was no charge. The staff completed the work quickly. I am very grateful to them. Also recommended to come here

Great experience. Sarah was able to set me up witha same day appointment, she also helped me out with picking out frames that go well with your facial features. Steph was also wonderful and very professional with making another appointment for contacts. They both helped me save when it came to both glasses and contacts. They also will clean your glasses if you so happen to walk by and ask. 10 out of 10 I will be back.

The people there are nice. However, I feel that the frames there are overly priced. I have excellent vision insurance and still ended up paying almost $400 for my glasses. They're single vision, no transitions. Gucci frames, yeah. I got Prada frames last year from a different place and spent $120 including transitions.

My boyfriend went to pick up his glasses. The prescription was messed up. Now we're waiting for them to be fixed.

DONT GO HERE.
They don't honor their policies, and won't give you a copy of your prescription. Better to get your glasses from other places. Terrible service.

Horrible place. Very unhelpful staff.
They screwed up my order (not sure how that would happen) But they gave me 2 pairs of computer glasses and my sun glasses were too dark. The lady behind the counter then proceeded to blame me saying that I ordered the 2 computer glasses when I clearly ordered a long distance a computer and sun glasses.

They lack empathy, courtesy and caring at this location. I was very disappointed since this was the 2nd time that they did this to me.

The doctor was wonderful smart and very caring. Its a shame that she has such louzy staff. I cancelled my order and was promised that a manager would get back to me which ofcourse no one did.

I recommend Lens Crafters right up the stairs. Extremely lovely people there.

The worst place don't go there they are all about how much money they can get out of you.

I end up paying a total of $900 for glasses with prescription (using my Davis Vision insurance and considering a frame that cost $200. You can figure out all the extra charges. In top of that,

the prescription was awful. I went there more than 4 times to fix my glasses but no luck, I give up, I never used this glasses.

Instead, I went to eye to eye vision and i got another new glasses with a fraction $ of what i paid at Cohens with an excellent prescription.

I will not recommend Cohens in middeltown Galleria Mall. Go to eye to eye vision they are honest.

I can't share my experience with the eye doctor, because after waiting for 2 hours and being told we were "next in line" repeatedly, we finally had to leave. I have never waited this long for an eye exam anywhere.

I came to this place like 7 years ago and I had my first glasses then this year will be my 3rd new glasses. The place and eye doctors, and staffs are amazing, helpful and very super friendly! They always showing their smiles and they used communicate with note very clear because I'm deaf. Love their glasses! Recommend this place!

I remember why I stopped going there. The product is cheap. From the frames to the lenses. We paid our union dues for over 35 years and the so called " free glasses are a joke. They should be ashamed of themselves peddling such garbage. I rather pay the $80 to America's Best and get a better quality pair of glasses. I won't go to Cohen again.

This was my assessment and review of the staff.
I am very pleased with the all around service. Stephanie remembered us and greeted us warmly. Brenda explained each test, what it was for and how it worked. Dr. Blare was the greatest. I felt confident that I was well taken care of.

In today's work this should not be the abnormal but the norm. Great job Cohen Optical with this staff.

Horrible customer service, the employee said when they say try on the glasses it got for fit you should know if you can see at that point. I should know if they block glare, can see street signs in the store during try on. Won’t be back. Will report to insurance company

This is one of the best Eye doctors I’ve ever been to! From Stephanie, to Brenda, and Dr. Blair, the entire staff is just awesome! If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, and caring place to go, this is it!
