It's a nicely furnished apartment building which I've lived in for 3 years ever since sophomore year! The on-site management is super nice and easy to work with. The location is very convenient and it's right above green star and next to jason's so it's only steps away for groceries from the apartment building. It's also on college ave and thus a short walk to the campus! There's also laundry room and gym on the first floor which is very easily accessible for all tenants.

Loved living in the building for 2 years. Perfect location, responsive staff, and great amenities. Rooms are modern and clean; would not have wanted to live anywhere else in collegetown.

Lived here for a semester as a subleasee. The subletting process is convenient when Josh and Andrew really helped. The room was quiet, with good sunlight and great facilities. Brian has been also helpful with every maintenance requests. Definitely would consider living here again.

307 College Avenue is perhaps the best rental building in the area. The building is extremely well maintained, management is professional, courteous and responsive. As a parent of a Cornell student who lived there for 2 years, my most important criteria in choosing off campus housing was safety. 307 College Avenue delivered, cameras, fire sprinklers throughout, secure access, directly at bus stop and all common areas clean and well lit. I would highly recommend this property for any student (or parent) who wants a clean, safe, well maintained building with terrific onsite management. Grocery store in the building is a great bonus.

A great place to live! One of the most convenient locations to campus, and very clean/well-furnished. I really appreciated how the building was very responsive through email throughout the year, and was always prompt in responding to requests for maintenance/fixing.

Lived here for a year and a half and it has been an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and respond immediately to any requests. The building is very well maintained and any repair needed is done quickly and with advance notice. Worth every bit of rent.

We had a great experience at Collegetown Crossing. The owners were very professional and kind, and while we were waiting, we were given gift cards for the nearby Green Star supermarket We were also treated to some pizza and wings. We had intriguing conversations with both Josh and Jason as they shared their insights. The landlords were also very transparent about the whole process. It is clear that the owners of this establishment are so passionate about their work and love to share that same passion with their customers.

Do NOT use! THEY DISCRIMINATE! We reached out for available properties. We were welcomed & given list of houses. My son met w/Josh, who showed him several houses. My son found one (308 Bryant) he immediately liked & asked to have it as soon as showing was over. During the showing Josh told the boys that the "owner will absolutely NOT rent to football players". I reached out to Josh & was told to have my son come in again. He did w/his roommate. Josh turned them away because he was "too busy" (as if our kids aren't w/school, homework and practice). So, we keep calling/ emailing to get the property only to be told that the "owner won't rent to football players". My son and his roommates are 4 chemical engineers and 2 econ students. They are not partiers. They were looking for a nice, quiet house because they have no time really for anything else and don't want to be distracted. Josh told my son "not to get his hopes up and don't plan on getting house, because the owner will not rent to athletes". Understandably, I was upset & sent Josh an email letting him know these boys have never done anything wrong & deserve a fair chance. Josh responded w/a nice email saying someone gave him an impeccable reference for my Son. Then Josh made an appt for my son & the other 5 boys to come in & talk to the owner. The boys had to push the mtg back 20 minutes because of football practice going longer (which is beyond boys' control). Josh completely canceled (blamed it on the owner) & told my son he would look for other houses. We have been telling them over a week what house we wanted & constantly getting the run around. So I called Josh & told him to stop jerking us around & he refused to "deal with this or spend any more time". Josh said he has been working non-stop with no sleep & that he was so overwhelmed with job. I came to find out that he didn't even have a confirmed conference with owner where our boys could talk to owner. Josh had excuse after excuse, lie after lie. Josh thinks these kids are just free to keep coming back at his beckon call. Being busy at your job is NO EXCUSE to treat potential customers like dirt.

Once Josh & owner found out my son was a football player, they led us on and played back and forth games for a week with no definitive answer and we were 1st in line for that property. The owner of 308 Bryant refused to rent to boys whom he NEVER met or spoke to. They were declined because they played football. We offered to provide references from current landlord, employers, teachers, coaches & was still declined. We asked them to call the head football coach. Piece of advice for Urban - ANYBODY CAN DESTROY HOUSES! One doesn't need to be an athlete! Our boys should NOT have to pay for other people's mistakes or being labeled as problematic! Here's an update: Josh referred me to a woman named Betty who lied and told me the property had been rented since August which is a blatant lie. Josh shows & rents the properties for owners and yet has no idea which properties are already rented? Please, of course Josh knows. They must think we are stupid. I will also tell you that another group of girls asked to see the house the following day and were shown it "after it was supposedly rented". What this company fails to realize is that parents talk, students talk and people can and do get caught in lies and discrimination.

My daughter lived in this building last school year. The building is exceptionally well maintained. The appliances and furnishings supplied with the apartments are first class. The location is superb, particularly for a student without a car. As a parent, I appreciated that the building was secure and that the building owner maintained an office on the ground floor of the building so that he could quickly address any tenant requests.

Collegetown crossing is an excellent choice for housing while at Cornell! Great management, clean and maintained. Amenities included:
bike storage, laundry, fitness and bus stop right out front.
The building is conveniently located to campus and has a market adjacent which serves the need for essentials. Great off campus option for undergrad or grad students.

I lived in the building for 2 years and had a great experience! The building is in the perfect location with close proximity to campus and Collegetown restaurants and bars. Building has great amenities with an elevator, gym, laundry in building, and trash/recycling collection on each floor. The building feels very safe too with secure package collection and key fob required for entry. Had a great experience living here and would recommend to others looking for a new, well-located and fun living experience!

I lived in this building for 2 years and it was the best rental experience that I have ever had, in Ithaca and elsewhere. The owners and staff are amazing and respond to requests very promptly to ensure that all residents have the best experience possible. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help out and keep their residents happy. The building itself is beautiful and very clean, and features a modern gym, large laundry room, and elevator. It is in the perfect location in Collegetown, only a few minutes from campus, and there are several restaurants nearby, a Greenstar right below the building, and a convenience store next door. There is also a bus stop on the street directly outside the building, so it is very accessible to travel to any location in Ithaca. I definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for Collegetown housing!
