The professionalism of the place is very much poor; I walked in the leasing office to schedule appointment to tour a town house. The lady I spoke with set it for 11am the next day. The very next day we get here at 10: 55am and the doors of the office were locked. My family and I waited a little longer because we assumed they were probably showing a home, but knowing you have a scheduled tour for 11 should be in your mind. We drove around the development to give them extra time, unfortunately they still did not return. It has been 20 min plus. Once again the professionalism was appalling.
Update:
We went on the tour the following week.

Collett Woods Townhouses, the place where tenants get harassed over and over again. This time it's about the trash. First we can put it out Wednesday night. Now it needs to be Thursday morning. And put away by Thursday evening or dun dun dun FEES get charged! Oh and make sure the bin is in the garage too. Nothing better than the smell of trash in your garage that you pay $1600+ a month for. Some people are just so miserable and have nothing better to do.

I have lived here for over a year now and I absolutely love it here. The townhouses are very nice and the neighborhood is very peaceful and located very close to many shopping stores and great restaurants. All of my neighbors are very nice and we even had a neighborhood bbq this past summer. The pool is really nice in the summer and the dog parks are great for my bull dog to enjoy occasionally. The property manager is very nice and welcoming, professional and always nice to talk to. The maintenance here is outstanding, they always respond to work orders in a very timely manner. I just renewed my lease for another year, this place is perfect for a small family and pet owners.

Our family recently moved into a 2 bedroom townhome at Collett Woods. We were very impressed with the professional and kind, personal attention we were given during the entire process. The management has been extremely helpful answering our questions and sharing the benefits of living at Collett Woods. The townhome was ready on the day we requested with everything in fantastic condition. We look forward to many years building great memories in our new home.

The townhomes are nice. Especially the newer phase III units.they appear to have granite throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room / dining room setup is terrible though.barely any room for a decent sized table & couch.very cramped. The HVAC was poorly designed. During the winter the downstairs struggles to heat while the upstairs is VERY hot.if you look you'll notice many people have their bedroom/closet windows open to try and cool it down. The lawn crew does an average job.most of the time they blow the grass clippings into your back patio area, constantly have to clean up after them. The front door flower beds are ok.they never remove any of the old mulch, just throw fresh over top of it. Messy to say the least. The office will send out their minions to drive around the complex each day and report back to the office management any "issue" they see. Usually in a red truck. Rental rate is average for the area, pricey considering the space you get but most rental properties are the same. At the end of your lease you get the option to sign another term but they always raise your rent. I've been here going on 5 years and every year my rent goes up. You'd think they would take care of their loyal tenants.clearly not. You're just profit to them. The maintenance crew will show up unannounced to change batteries in smoke alarms, air filters, etc.all while claiming the office sent out notices the week before. Office manager "T. P. " can be rude.not the most pleasant person to deal with. I usually try to avoid having to contact the front office for anything because of this. The other tenants near me have been good to live next to.never have any issues.

Expensive and poorly built. They cheapened out everywhere they could and the carpet/flooring is coming apart and needed to be fixed several times in my three years at this place. The two bedroom ranches are very small for the price. They charge you extra to have a pet that covers absolutely NOTHING. You would assume it would be in case of damages by my older, blind dog right? NO, they sent me the bill for carpet removal even though they KNEW it had to be replaced due to poor quality. I cannot stress enough to be aware of this. The office staff is very good if you can get someone on the phone, but the management at Ashley just keep raising the rent and ripping people off!

We have lived here for almost a year now. It’s a nice little community for the most part. Pretty laid back place. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves. Just a heads up after your lease is up they raise the rent. Ours went up another $45/month. Asked if we could get a better rate if we signed a longer lease, short answer is no. Collett Woods is quite expensive compared to others. Water bill is $60 every month regardless of how much water you use. The HVAC system was poorly designed. The upstairs gets 70% of the air flow, so in the winter the upper level is extremely hot while the downstairs struggles to heat. My only other major complaint would be the lawn maintenance contractor. They always blow the grass into your patio area. Constantly need to clean off the grill, chairs, and table. It’s common sense to blow it away from the house.
