Colton RV is a stand up company that not only believes in what they sell they stand behind their product. You don’t find company’s that follow through like this company does They treat their employees as well as their customers. I highly recommend this company. Def a class act. If I could give them 6 stars I would. As far as I’m concerned anyone in the market for an Rv they are the only place you should go. It was a great experience going there first time I've been in RVs checking them out.seeing wha we could and could not afford.the staff there was very friendly very helpful we enjoyed the experience and of course like anything else you end up signing paperwork now you own an RV but I'm not sorry that we ended up getting it we've enjoyed going two different places.
If my cat would be able to go with us
I would have no reason why we couldn't stay out longer than a week you know the show where you're Living in a RV
well I wouldn't mind doing that this way all your worries are just which place you're going to go and stay for awhile

The entire Colton RV family is so helpful and friendly. Right from the moment you walk in with no knowledge of RVs to when you’re driving off the lot full of knowledge about your new RV! Wes was great at selecting the models with the amenities we wanted and had an answer for all of our questions. We learned so much from him in just the first day. On the day of pickup, it just so happened to be my birthday and when we entered the RV, there were balloons and gifts on the table. I may have had a tear in my eye. Why? Because you just don’t get service like that anymore. People don’t think of the little things and it made my day! It was so thoughtful! Thank you Colton! So glad we built a relationship and rapport with them!

WARNING! These people have a pattern they will play with finance numbers to rip you off. If you can get a good deal with (your own loan) good luck to you, but don't count on good service after that. Notice how they try to cover up bad reviews with fake concern responses?

Their personalities and customer service is above anything I’ve experienced before. The other best thing about Colton is the Lake Avenue huge service department. Always great quick service. We had a wonderful experience while looking to buy our new camper. Our salesman, Gerald was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for, what we had to have and what would be on a wish list. He showed us the perfect travel trailer. We were not planning to buy until the Fall but they took our other camper in on trade and we couldn’t resist. Everyone we dealt with in sales, management, service, and customer service were great. They made the entire experience for our family very enjoyable. We purchased a used Airstream from Colton RV. The process was flawless. Our salesman, Pat Brown, spent literally HOURS, with us to make this happen. They were responsive to our needs and promised a clean coach in full working order at pick up. We will amend this review if necessary after delivery. Looking forward to our new coach.

If you’re looking for a camper, look no further. Colton RV has you covered from start, to finish. My husband and I purchased a small travel trailer from Colton RV in Orchard Park in 2020. We are from the Rochester area, and had searched high and low locally for a camper that met our needs, to no avail. We finally found a camper that we loved at Colton RV in Orchard Park, and made the purchase! Due to a manufacturer defect, and without a manufacturer remedy, we had some issues getting the trailer home upon purchase. Colton RV quickly helped to come up with a solution while we waited for the manufacturer to address the issue. The temporary fix to our camper from Colton RV has lasted many camping trips during 2020 and into 2021. Finally, the day came when the manufacturer had a solution to the problem. With help from Lawrence, the Service Manager in Orchard Park, we were able to get the repair that we needed, and several other services while the camper was being repaired. Lawrence and his team performed the services quickly and efficiently. My expectations were exceeded. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The sales team and the service team are like no other. You will always get help when you need it, and you will receive a calm and caring voice on the other end of the phone (or email). If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would!

I had to spend a night here as their repair shop at a different location could not finish the repairs. They were very friendly went out of their way to try to make up for the issues of The other shop. Todd a repair man came out and talk to me, and the yard manager Chris brought us donuts in the morning, and the people inside were very nice I would definitely buy from them, and let my camper be Worked on buy them, but I won’t let Them send it around the corner to there other workshop

The sales lady we had was tremendous except for she had to get permission from the Supervisor or boss whatever he was which I thought was not right She should have had A list Of what someone was interested in without having to go To a supervisor
