Went to Colton RV to look at a Jayco fifth wheel to have more interior space and options compared to what we had. Worked with Eli from the NT location and he and the Colton team exceeded expectations from start to finish. Eli was very accommodating and communicative and kept us posted on everything. The unit was used, but at the walk through with Ruben, it was thoroughly cleaned and looked like a new unit inside and outside and I had no complaints. Eli did everything we agreed upon. I recommend working with him for his patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience and kudos to the detail team for their hard work.
