2 Everyone here was sooo sweet and professional! I didn't get everyone's name but Howard Woodhouse and Jamal were great and so was the entire team.
My one bit of feedback is that they should allow a friend or partner in the room. I came alone but an old man wanted his partner to come in and they wouldn't let her because "there's lots of patient information around". That's a fake excuse, there is no PHI lying around in the mri room and I've gone in with a friend elsewhere. It's important to honor patient preferences when reasonable and this was totally reasonable.
Mammography/ultrasound- great experience … just book far in advance!
Interventional Radiology- in 2018 I had nephrostomy tubes for over a year that needed to be changed every 6 weeks. The support staff was great. Dr. Brejt is wonderful, kind and an overall great doctor and human. Dr Sussman? Stay away. Arrogant, dismissive even condescending to my pain, my fear… all of it. Almost 5 years later and I’m still traumatized from him. Ask who your provider will be. Avoid Sussman.
