Eveglia always does a wonderful job and is a topnotch dental hygienist. My teeth are sensitive and she expertly numbs the gums first and does the plaque removal by hand, while offering flossing and dental rinse advice. She always asks how I'm doing during the cleaning. I appreciate her sensitivity and professionalism.

I’ve recently come to realize how very important it is to be connected to a truly professional dental provider, which is precisely what Dr. Pimenta is. I will only say that anyone who has reason to visit a dentist in whom past experiences elsewhere have instilled in them the need to receive dental care in which they can have the utmost confidence, please do see Dr. Pimenta and any lingering doubts will vanish.

My experience at ColumbiaDoctors - Dentistry, Morningside was simply terrific. Everyone, beginning with the front desk secretary was helpful, concerned and professional. Dr. Pimenta was courteous, explained everything clearly with an easy, friendly style and made arrangements for my continued dental work and consent.

One of the best dental establishments I have received care from. The front desk staff is incredible, especially Aiesha. My dental hygienist is amazing and I look forward to seeing her every 6 months. And the doctors are great.

This office is unprofessional! The first time I came for my appointment the doctor wasn’t available. They didn’t tell me this once they took me back for a cleaning. They finally told me that the doctor was in a conference call and couldn’t see me. Why would you schedule an appointment when the doctor can’t see me? They rescheduled me. I ended up having to reschedule that appointment, but I just went in for my rescheduled appointment. They rescheduled my appointment to a different day without telling me. When I went in the receptionist asked several times... You didn’t schedule this appointment? No, I did not. This is unprofessional. It’s a good thing I only live a few blocks away. Imagine if I had to travel? Very inconsiderate.

Really poor patient management. Rescheduled me twice when I was there in person for my appointment. Finally at my third time told me they don't accept my insurance. All of this could have been figured out the first time I was there. They wasted my time.

Yaquelin is terrific, one of the best dental hygienist I know. Very thorough, professional, caring. She is the reason why I use this dental office.
