15CES has been my fuel supplier for many years. Today I decided to let them also clean my furnace, because we had an oil smell in the basement. Brian Osborne was the technician doing the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job cleaning the furnace and corrected the oil smell. He left the work area neatly clean, and discarded and the litter. Thank you.

Although it took some time to obtain a rate quote for propane, Jamie was excellent in taking care what we needed. She is very responsive and made sure we were set up for service.
CES Was extremely professional when I needed to close my late father‘s accounts. Viv was one of the customer service representatives that helped immensely and went out of her way to keep the transition smooth. I will definitely be a CES customer again in the future!
A week back we had a build up of pressure in our tank and it was hissing bad. My wife got very scared called CES and Brian Osborne came right out fast and friendly explained exactly what happened with the tank and why the pressure built up. Great guy and great company. Thank You.
The worst company they will mail u an invoice, and like 2 weeks after receiving the bill they sending u a warning that the meter will be locked within 5 days of the date of the letter,
and by the time u receiving the letter and calling them to pay balance they telling u that the meter is locked and u have to pay an extra $54 for technician locking your meter, and an extra $119 for opening it, a total of $173.00 when the whole past due balance, less then 30 days, was under $100.00 STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
THEY JUST TRYING TO MAKE MONEY FROM U BY CLOSING AND OPENING THE METER
We are new customers with Combined Energy and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism we have received! Jamie DeFrank has been wonderful to communicate with. She responds to all of our emails and helped get us set up quickly. With this kind of service I can see us being customers for a very long time.

Very disturbed at the way I was treated 4/24 10am when refilling propane tank at the CES gas station in monticello. When arrived Marlon? Was filling a tank for another customer in his car, I pulled in behind and waited my turn. When he was filled and left, I put my tank on the platform. Marlon came back, removed my tank, pointed to 6 or 7 other tanks lying around the ground, and said, no, I have to fill these tanks first. I asked why, and was told these ppl might come back at any time and they dont want to wait. But certainly ok to make me wait for ppl who arent even there. I dont know if this had something to do with my age or race, but definitely discriminatory. Wish I was a younger man
From my mother: My furnace broke down and when I called, Pete came over to assess the situation. Later that day, Shane came over and fixed my furnace. Both men were polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was very impressed with Shane and would not hesitate to ask for him again.
From me: Pete is extremely helpful, fair, accommodating, and pleasant. His customer service skills are fantastic and I am very happy that my mother is a CES customer. Thank you!
Feb. 4: Larry and Joe came today to set up my mother's new tanks and service. They did an excellent job, answering any questions she had, and made sure the pilot lights were lit and that the gas was flowing. Thank you again!

I’m a new customer of CES and the primary reason I have switched to CES after 20 years with one of the larger regional gas co’s is because CES is the only gas co which has a well managed staff operating out of an office during these difficult times. Their sales staff is excellent particularly Ira (Moose) Liff who literally came to my home after the initial delivery to ensure that our heating system was running properly and waited until he was sure it was working.

Absolutely horrible company and their customer service.
They mailed my bill 2 days before it was due. I called them to ask for the owner to call me and I was ignored. Every time you call the New York office, they are rude and cold.
