Been waiting over a month to receive an answer on if my sickness claim will be approved. Still have no answer as to a time frame of just getting an answer. Very unhappy. And on top of all this, today, they had the audacity to double charge me for this month.out of work.they’re not paying out my policy.and double changed me. I would never choose to work with this company again. And the second charge was to an account for a person I have never heard of. So essentially they attached MY bank information to my account and then to the account of a stranger. Strongly discourage ANYONE from using this company.
