It turned out very good for us. Comfortable. Simple breakfast. I highlight the attention and kindness of Denise at reception. Thank you very much for all the answers. A little far from the center of Manhattan. Added to that during the weekends, several Subway lines do not work for maintenance.

Im still waiting on my refund you promised my girlfriend 2 weeks ago we never received. It's been months. Still haven't received anything. Your word doesn't mean anything. Hopefully, you will experience the same thing we did.

Rooms clean and tidy, breakfast was a bit poor! One day everything was empty, the choice was basically very limited!

An expensive mid-price hotel compared to it, the rooms too small, moderately comfortable bedding, breakfast room too limited, acceptable service, private parking but paying per night, good location in the middle of the city and near the metro.

Fair price considering location. Parking is available for guests. I didn't try breakfast, but they do have complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel with good service. The nearby MTA bus service is about 5-6 minutes walking distance.

Jamil, the hotel manager, was an exceptional host! We were travelling with 12 people on a class trip and he made our stay incredibly easy!

Clean, renovated and comfortable rooms. Somewhat meager breakfast (sliced bread, waffles and baggels). Location close to the subway but in a somewhat regular area of Brooklyn. Quite “peculiar” people without feeling insecure. Good value for money if you book well in advance ($55/person/night)

The Sales Manager, Jamil Pollard, was extremely helpful. His professionalism and willingness to help our group obtain accommodations at the last minute was much appreciated. He corresponded regularly and personally made sure all parties were taken care of when we arrived. Despite all of our chaos during the holiday weekend, the front desk staff was patient with us and helped us through the process. When I'm in town, I definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you all!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Comfort Inn location. Typically I think of this franchise as a lower end hotel. The reason I gave it four stars because I think of "five star hotels as the top luxury available. Within it's brand and price-range this is one of the best options I've seen but I wouldn't consider it that "five star" experience.

It appears that it was recently remodeled and the room, while small, was nice. The bathroom was extremely clean and the showerhead had decent water pressure. I did get a little confused by the thermostat because I couldn't figure out what the "dry" meant and the snowflake icon looked similar to the sun icon for AC and heat but the room's temperature was comfortable so I obviously set it correctly.

There was a time at night where after I turned the TV off, I could hear mumbled but loud conversations through the wall. Surprisingly though, earlier in the day I didn't hear the construction sounds coming from outside. I'm not sure why the exterior walls blocked sound but not the interior but that was my experience. Again, in NYC you expect to hear sounds and it's never going to be silent.

As mentioned in other reviews, parking was $35+tax per night. For the two nights, I paid $77.26 after tax. Honestly that's not terrible for NYC and they did tell me where I could find street parking but the area that wasn't 2-hour meter seemed more like a junk yard under the bridge than a safe place to park so I choose to use the hotel's lot. Both nights of my stay, there were other spots available but it was mid-week so the weekends/busy times might be different. My only complaint about parking wasn't the hotels fault. Next to the lot's exit was "no parking/no standing" but people ignored it and left vehicles parked on the street. It was difficult to turn out of the lot onto the street with the tight squeeze and low visibility of oncoming cars.

I also saw other reviews mention great views but I'm assuming that's the higher floors. I was on one and my view was the parking lot.

Breakfast was as expected of a free hotel breakfast. They had a waffle iron, cereal, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. Along with bagels/bread, coffee, and juice.

This was a great find. The room was small, but clean and had a great view. There was also a mini fridge and Keurig. Bathroom layout was a little wonky. Elevators were fast.

Subway was 3 blocks away. Plenty of walkable food options, and Green-Wood cemetery is nearby.

There was a large area for breakfast a few steps down from the lobby with plenty of seating. There was more than I was expecting—scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast. Breakfast attendant was friendly and kept everything stocked.

I used the parking—there were about 12 spaces in back and two in front, and it was very convenient. I didn’t have trouble finding a spot mid-week. Keep in mind it’s $35/night PLUS tax. It never feels good paying for parking, so it would have felt less annoying to price it with tax included.

So happy to have made the right choice, a quality hotel with a royal welcome. The boss is very nice. Next to the metro. I 100% recommend the hotel

Very far away, I didn't imagine that and it was unpleasant having to move to the center.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were just lovely, we were able to check in early and the parking is very reasonably priced (only $35/day), and the room was clean.they even allowed us to keep our car parked there a few extra hours after we checked out (which we ended up not needing to do, but it was very nice) when we saw free “grab and go” breakfast we were expecting coffee and maybe some snacks, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a full traditional continental breakfast free of charge.short walk to the metro and some good restaurants.highly recommend!

I was impressed with this hotel. It must have been recently renovated because everything looked new. My room was on the small side but very clean. I would stay there again.

Where the hotel is located is pretty safe. This is my second time staying here. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The only cons to the hotel are they don't all for early check-in, and now you have to pay $35 per day for parking, which pretty limited. Previously you didn't have to pay for parking. But yeah, they only have like 8-10 parking spaces, and one of those is for handicap. Other than the cons mentioned, it's a good hotel to stay at.

Nice modern hotel. We stayed there for 10 nights in May 2023. Spacious and clean room with a super comfortable king size bed. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location, about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, from where you can be in Manhattan in about 30 minutes. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. A plus for luggage storage after checkout. A downside for breakfast, as there wasn't enough choice and warm dishes (scrambled eggs) were sometimes almost cold. But I liked the waffle iron, where you could make your own waffles. In the end, our stay was very nice and we would recommend this hotel and book it again.
